DYE TRANSFER
Dyes from certain clothing, like the blue dye used in denim, can easily transfer onto fabric and leather upholstery.
HEAT
Keep upholstery away from direct heat sources like flames or radiators and avoid exposing it to direct sunlight.
ABRASION
Thick clothing materials, such as denim and some textured fabrics, can be abrasive and cause wear to upholstery.
STANDARD CARE TIPS
Regular vacuuming is important for removing dust – a soft-brush attachment is the best option to keep the surface free of dirt and grit which may have an abrasive and damaging effect, particularly on light colours upholstery.
ELECTRONICS
Do not leave electronic devices on the fabric of your product when charging, as the device heat may lead to damage/scorching of the fabric.
SHARP OBJECTS
Items like buckles, toys, jewellery, and pet claws can catch on fabric, leading to tears and snags. If you notice a snag, do not pull it; instead, carefully cut it off with scissor

Making a Service Claim
When filling out a customer service form please ensure the below requirements are included
WARRANTY GUIDELINES
Image Furnishings warrants that its merchandise are free from manufacturing defects (workmanship and/or materials) and will either give credit or replace defective parts to the retailer for a defined period from the date of purchase in accordance with the conditions set forthwith. If a manufacturing fault is found, Image Furnishings should be notified promptly by you the retailer via the online form which can be found at www.imagefurnishings.com/service. You will also need to provide us with a copy of the purchase invoice and you will be required to submit digital images of the defects, overall product and batch number. Inspection of the product by you, the retailer is necessary to ensure that it is a genuine manufacturing fault before the form is completed. If a replacement is required in accordance with this warranty and the defective material, or merchandise has been discontinued or unavailable, Image Furnishings reserves the right to select and supply similar merchandise to the retailer, otherwise the same material or merchandise will be supplied to the retailer
