With over five years of experience in interior design, my work strives to achieve goals beyond aesthetics. My vision is to evoke a person’s sense of space and to honor the relationship between individuals and their surroundings, which I interpret as the humanization of spaces.

This vision comes to life through the design of environments that engage all five human senses. I achieve this by thoughtfully curating every detail, from the scent of the space to the interplay of natural and artificial light, and the rich textures of carefully chosen materials. These elements are intentionally integrated to create a personalized, intimate, and nostalgic feeling for each resident.

RCK 90 is a brand from Indonesia which is inspired by jeans culture in Japan. The owner wants to design a multifunctional room that can be used as a meeting place, to communicate with retailers and also function as a product showroom.

We were inspired by the name of the brand itself, namely RCK.90, rck itself is an abbreviation of the word Rock, a stone which means describing stability, resilience and eternal natural quality. We also combine it with Japanese wabi-sabi style. because these two things are similar in terms of their philosophical meaning.

Some of the applications of interior elements that we focus on in the RCK.90 design process include: Dark and calm colors such as dark grey, charcoal, dark brown and black are common choices. These colors evoke a feeling of calm and comfort. minimalist, Clutter is avoided, and every element in the room is carefully selected. Simple, functional furniture with clean lines is preferred. Accepting imperfection is a fundamental aspect of Wabi-Sabi. This can include asymmetrical designs, visible knots in the wood, or irregularities in handmade items.Texture and Layering: Dark Wabi-Sabi interiors often feature a variety of textures. Soft textiles like worn rugs, linens, and raw silk are paired with rougher textures like exposed brick, stone walls, or reclaimed wood. Nature-Inspired Decor: Decor elements inspired by nature are an important part of this style. Items such as dried flowers, twigs, potted plants, and nature-inspired artwork or sculptures.
