THE UniciTY EXPERIE nc E A highly representative building The new volume emerges through the use of forms and material to create a dialogue with the existing building, thus enhancing the architectural heritage and its meeting with an iconic contemporary architecture.

The gold-clad building retains the 1935 façade that once housed the warehouse of the Courthéoux company, a food supplier that became the Match retail chain.

The building has two entrances: one on an open esplanade between Rue Hollerich and the other on a new street at the back, which will also be part of the future tramway route.

Unicity stands as a landmark in the new station district: a symbolic building that heralds a district in the making.
