sector went viral on social media sites. Partylist Congressman Cresen te Paez of Coop-NATCCO stressed that the cooperative sector and Cooperative Bloc Legislators must sustain vigilance as there is a constant threat to undermine the cooperative’s current tax exemptions.

The show of force was to solidarily oppose the government’s plan to remove tax concession to the cooperatives. With one voice, the co-operators lobbied that tax exemptions enjoyed by cooperatives should be retained. The Cooperatives’s current tax exemption under Articles 60 and 61 of the 2008 Cooperative Code is being proposed to be repealed by Senator Loren Legarda and Cebu Representative Gabriel Luis Quisumbing under Senate Bill No. 2048 and House Bill No. 2765, respectively.

These bills were among the prior-

TELESCOOP Officers and Staff during the Cooperative Show of Force March.

6 What do you think of our 2016 Assembly? TELESCOOP has really levelled up and become very professional. It goes to show that the TELESCOOP officers are so concerned about the welfare of its members. To that I take a hat off that we have a Cooperative that puts first the well-being and comfort of its members. ELMA: Very impressive and cool venue.

Renier N. Leonardo TSSLIM/TrainServ and Ma. Elma T. Leonardo, HRMD

The venue is very nice and it is the first time we have this kind of venue. I have been attending for several years already and I really appreciate the venue now and I hope this will continue to be such.

Ang ganda ng venue, very good and congratulations TELESCOOP!

Arnaldo A. Santos Bulacan Customer Service Operations Zone

I was surprised with the venue because it’s so big but I heard some people saying we wanted it held in TelTech because they feel much closer there. In essence to have sort of togetherness. It’s better that we get to know each other or to have a theme of getting together since it is very rare that we PLDT employees had a chance to be together in one place.

Ma. Irmina B. Lopez Customer Experience Solutions Mgmt

The venue is remarkably cool and convenient making it very conducive to a relaxed atmosphere for holding our Representative Assembly. Whenever members are happy and satisfied, everything else falls into the right places. Kudos to the TELESCOOP Board!

It was a great and wonderful experience hearing those what they received from TELESCOOP and I hope that I can replicate what they have accomplised. I hope and pray that I’ll be able to hear and taste the fruits of what TELESCOOP has accorded and they’ve been through. TELESCOOP has been such a big help to all its members and we really appreciate all the support they are extending to all members. God bless TELESCOOP!

I was happy with the success stories and testimonies made by the members. TELESCOOP really made a great impact on their lives and my life as well. Just recently I borrowed from TELESCOOP for my house renovation, my first time to borrow from TELESCOOP after so many years with PLDT. No hassles, immediate need for cash was given by TELESCOOP and now I have a newly-renovated house. TELESCOOP really is a big help and makes life easier for me and the members.
