ROLE : DESIGN ARCHITECT, SCHEMATIC TO FINAL COMPLETION STAGE

2 high-end residential towers, 668 units in 47 storeys with multi level facilities and carparks. This development is part of an integrated masterplan development which consist of 5 commercial parcels in one Development Order (D.O) approval inclusive retail lots connected to the residential podium. One of the challenge in this project is to coordinate and resolve all interparcel technical and statutory issues to ensure all road, services connected as a network. Managed to experienced multiple contract packages in 1 development and different construction method such as top-down construction to the basement and podium. A lot of time spent to ensure all detailing works on site at the same time meet client time and cost requirements. Contract value of RM 365mil (superstructure) and RM 220mil (substructure) .

Corridors are ventilated and protected from wind and rain by overlapped glass panels.
