This project aims to help visually impaired persons sleep in the modern environment, regardless of their disability. To
make the material easier to read and understand, we're going to create a standalone text-to-speech engine. Take a snapshot of
the printed text using a USB webcam, and then look at the image using optical character recognition (OCR). The recognised text
is converted into native-language voice using a text-to-speech algorithm. It is suitable not just for the visually impaired but also
for the general public who want to read the content aloud as rapidly as possible. With the use of local language translation, this
project attempts to let persons who are blind read typed English documents.
