The interchange of electronic health data across healthcare facilities is made possible via the health information
exchange program. There is a potential for data manipulation in this. This article primarily focuses on using "Blockchain," i.e.
one of the greatest technologies, to secure medical health data. Blockchain has demonstrated its outstanding qualities in the field
of cryptocurrencies like bitcoin and Ethereum. This study employs the Secure Hash Algorithm (SHA), Simple Mail Transfer
Protocol (SMTP), and AES Rijndael Algorithm (SMTP). Additionally, using the Naïve Bayes method, we forecast many heart
illnesses related to this work.
