The present research work was aimed to explore the possibility to use the combination of sugarcane bagasse ash and
granite waste as a construction material in place of river sand by using EMMA computer software to obtain the optimum
combination of this material based on particle size distribution. The published research data which is confined to strength
properties indicates that SCBA and GW are viable material as sand replacement in concrete. The main objective was to explore
the feasibility of the use of SCBA and GW as filler material in structural concrete.
