Abstract: A refugee is a displayed people who leave their home, their family and their country. As time passes, some of them could not find their family. Like this millions of people are suffering apart from their family. According to a study, more than 30% of abandoned child are allocated towards refugee camps, leaving the primary status in India. So this application helps to work on it. The refugee or family member can sign in and post their images and details on this connecting system. If they found their family member, they can contact them by the given number.

I. INTRODUCTION Plenty of reasons make millions of people to leave their country in order to survive. Refugees are not considering as nationals by United Nation, they almost have no rights at all. They almost treated very poorly. They have to travel various places, because they have not acquired citizenship in any country. They simply don't have any choice. But still, they also have families and emotions as we do. They also would feels to meet their family as everyone their heart also has made up of cells.

However, they could not find their family as they separate from them for may years. Parallel to this, the internet has made the world to shrink into phones, laptops and other devices. Using this opportunity, we have built these refugees connecting system framework.

Through this application the refugee can post their current information such as image, old and current address, some event that the family members can identify and contact number. The others can look for it and search for their member and contact with them or if they couldn't find out the others can post the details so that the missing person can contact to them. Using this system, government can help this kind of person.

The missing person during the time of disasters can be easily identified orphan people, people who were lost can be identified by the government easily.

II. EXISTING SYSTEM In the previous system there are lot of drawbacks. Some of the application does not function properly. It’s take lot of time to post their information. Secondly, even the account exist the application doesn’t provide the permission to view by others. Only government can view it and take action on it.

III. PROPOSED SYSTEM This system will be very easy and convenient for the clients. Some shareable information can be included to identify the missing person. Furthermore, this application can be used by both the government and by normal people to find out the missing persons.

Using social media lots of fake news was spread, so most of the time we think that it is a fake news. However, through this application the government can verify this information and allow the post to be viewed by normal people who miss their family members.

CONCLUSION As we already said, the main purpose of this project is to reunite the refugee all over the world, back to their family and provide the necessary help that they need. This project will be successful only if the person in need finds this helpful. This will be a major success if it becomes a real time application. This project will be understood be all groups of people because of its easily understandable character and language.

V. FUTURE ENHANCEMENT In future this application can bring up to connect the refugee all over the world with the permission of the United States. It will be accessed by different people from various areas. This application can be implemented as multilingual. So the refugee can fill the post their information on their mother language.
