August Board Meeting Recap

I recently attended our August Board meeting from August 7-9 virtually over zoom along with 18 other members of the District Board while the other half met in person. We discussed and decided on the implementation of the Monthly Report Form point system, holding Fall Leadership Rallies virtually, how to prevent burnout during your term and school year, and recruitment strategies to help clubs gain members during this year. This board meeting helped give me ideas that I will be able to use to assist your needs this fall.

July DCM Recap I held the second Divisional Council Meeting of my term on July 24 at Hopkins Park. We discussed what the Fall leadership rally could look like. The possibility of in person service, possibly growing our division and member recruitment strategies.

August DCM

I am planning on holding the third DCM of my term on August 28 at Hopkins park at 4:30 PM. I will provide Officer training if needed and give updates about what was discussed at the August board meeting. I hope to see you all there.
