What I have been up to!

Dixon attended Quatermania this last month! It is one of my favorite events and I was disappointed that I missed this one!

CKI For Graduating seniors Seniors are you looking for a way to stay connected to the Kiwanis family? Then CKI is the right choice for you! CKI stands for Circle K international and is the next step up in the KFAM. See if the school you plan on attending in the fall has one to join!

Hello everyone!

This month has been one of the busiest for me school wise.

To start off the month I was in my school's production of Mamma Mia and then the next week was Conference for track.

Just to recap the Month...

There have been several informational emails sent out regarding submissions and deadlines.

I held my first DCM! Thank you for all who attended!

I was also appointed to be a co-chair for the KFAM Committee.

This last month has been super awesome guys! Keep up the great work!

Service Spotlight!

This month's service spotlight is on the Dixon Key Club! They teamed up with their Kiwanis Club for the Lowell Park Road Clean up. Below is a picture of their advisor with all of the collected bags of trash! I love this service project so much!

April Iolian!

This month the Iolian was filled with super awesome information about the start of the new year. It Included an introductory from the new executive board, DCLC recaps from some of you guys and much more! Be sure to give it a read if you get the chance!

Mental Health Awareness Month May is mental health awareness month. Make sure that you take time to focus on yourself and your mental health. Better mental health can help reduce anxiety, increase self esteem and promote clearer thinking. Some ways to practice good mental health is by being active!

Personally I find going on a bike ride or on a run to clear my mind can be super helpful. There is only one you so it is important to lead a happy life.
