ADMISSIONS APPLICATION CHECKLIST

Proof of a Bachelor's degree 1 letter of recommendation 1 unofficial university transcript Resume/CV Short personal statement Formal academic credit through Fordham University is available upon successful completion of the IDHA. In order to qualify for academic credit, the participant must receive the IDHA, and must have already had the equivalent of a U.S. bachelor's degree or better at the beginning of the IDHA. In addition, credit-earning students must arrange to have official transcripts for all previous university degrees sent to GSAS Admissions at Fordham University.

TUITION & FEES The IDHA costs $6,000, which includes tuition, course materials, lodging, and weekday meals.

Transportation costs are not included. Fall and Spring IDHAs are subject to university fees.

Private loans or payment plans may be available Program is not eligible for U.S. federal aid programs

SCHOLARSHIPS There are scholarships available for the IDHA. However, there is a limited amount of funding for all other courses. The IIHA's partner organization, the Center for International Humanitarian Cooperation (CIHC), offers a small number of partial scholarships (up to fifty percent of the total cost) to selected students. To be eligible, you must be a citizen of a developing nation and be currently working within the humanitarian field. Scholarships do not cover the cost of transportation.
