The annual IIDA Industry Roundtable returned in January 2022, bringing together a select group of design professionals for facilitated discussions about the issues facing design professionals, manufacturers, and the design industry at large.
This year’s agenda was particularly ambitious: to contemplate equity, diversity, and inclusion’s impact on designers and manufacturers alike and foster a conversation, unlike any other, to drive change in the industry.
It was important to create a safe space for IR24 which is why IIDA secured the entirety of the Four Seasons Rancho Encantado overlooking scenic Santa Fe, New Mexico. Attendees, as the only guests on the property, were able to come together for sessions centered on EDI as well as the always insightful “Ask the Designer; Ask the Manufacturer” program for robust conversation and connection on issues that affect us all.
