Ronnie Belizaire, FIIDA Vice President, Project & Development Services Jones Lang Lasalle (JLL) Ronnie Belizaire is an experienced project manager/ designer with over 5 million square feet and 500+ acres of architectural, interiors and industrial projects delivered during her 15-year career. Ronnie is a dedicated IIDA volunteer whose previous IIDA service includes Georgia Chapter President from 2013-2014 and IIDA Foundation Chair from 2017-2019.
Meg Prendergast, Assoc. IIDA Principal Consultant Meg Prendergast Hospitality, LLC Meg Prendergast, brings decades of luxury & lifestyle hospitality and residential design experience, and extensive hospitality expertise to the marketplace. The eponymous leader of Meg Prendergast Hospitality, Meg’s award winning portfolio includes destination luxury resorts and spas, upscale hotels, luxury multifamily and residential projects
Jaime Velez, FIIDA Design Partner Velez+Valencia Arquitecto Presently the Design Partner at Velez + Valencia, Jaime is an experienced Design Associate in the architecture & planning industry. Skilled in Public Speaking, Leadership, Design Research, Research, and Architectural Design, Jaime is a strong arts and design professional with a Master of Architecture from University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
