•ENACT REFORMS TO PROTECT AGAINST INFLATED COMMERCIAL AUTO LITIGATION BEING PUSHED BY TRIAL LAWYERS

•END THE ABILITY TO AVOID PAYMENT OF CLAIMS BY REFUSING TO COOPERATE WITH YOUR INSURER, AND

•REVISE HOW REPLACEMENT COST IS PAID ON A HOMEOWNERS CLAIM

A look at recent developments:

With fearless leader, Mickie Comiskey, and IIAH’s Legislative Committee at the helm, Houston was able to raise over $50,000 for IMPACT this year.

This was no small feat during such challenging times in which the campaign seemed to drag on for months. We are so grateful for their tenacity and to you for your generous contributions. You pushed IIAT over its goal, raising a total of $250,000 across Texas!

As we turn the page on 2020 and prepare for the state’s 87th Texas Legislative Session to begin in January, we must not forget that it will be important for us to double down on our fundraising efforts in 2021.
