Training the mind is of paramount importance to me. A wonderful place to be is in a state of complete relaxation. I've heard it said that "a relaxed mind is a creative mind". It's certainly an integral part of a powerful and healing process to express oneself, especially when relaxed. There's no expectation whatsoever for any kind of performance, simply to enjoy life's experience truly with real expression.
