South West HUB Intro

Devon Integrated Care System is the home for IHSCM South West Regional HUB. The Integrated Care System for Devon (ICSD) is a partnership of health and social care organisations working together with local communities across Devon, Plymouth and Torbay to improve people’s health, wellbeing and care. We have many exciting events planned for 2022 and we look forward to hearing more from our newest hub in the next edition.
