Brief: Design a space that helps improve the quality of life of people in the San Bernardo Commune, based on a dough plan previously proposed in workshopV
Project
The mass plan located in the Nos sector, in the commune of San Bernardo, correspondstoanareaof highpopulationdensity,whichhasfew basic education establishments in its surroundings; it is for this reason, and considering the geographic space in which it is located, that a technical high school in gastronomy andagronomy isproposed.
Rescuing the agronomic history of the sector and the impulse in the gastronomic area, a building is proposed that allows promoting self-sustainability and support between both courses, rescuing the use of natural light, water reserves andsupportfortheuseof cleanener�뽋
Next, for the first assignment of the second year at Griffith College, it was to createalightingplaninasectorof theproject.
Respecting the concept of transparency and previous proposals, a lighting plan was developed focused on the activities of each area and in turn being able to offertransitionsthatallowedthemainandsecondary activitiestoflow.

Project
The new proposal for Workshop III is the theme of providing the possibility to work at home, with the purpose of helping those who are starting them own businesses and based on this, these projects are the way to mitigate high expenses such as renting a place and the cost of transportation.
Contain, with a minimum margin of 3 meters to allow greater use of natural light, in addition to providing greater privacy control.
Hierarchize and Safeguard the green areas, through the elevation of the home, generating a space and facade different from the cafeteria, occupying different levelsandprotectingthegreenland
Overcome public and private space through the design of a home separate from the original, giving better control between work andpersonallife.
