I’msureyou’vehadplentyofthose momentsyourself,momentswhenyou stoodinyourpower,evenifyoudidn’t alwaysrecognisethem.
Thispastweekend,Iwitnessedone person’sPOWERinawaythatleftmein awe NicolaPeake.
Nicolahadanidea,shetookaboldstep, andshemadeithappen.Shedecidedto createnotjustabusinessconferencebut anentirebusinessfestival.
Somethingnew,somethingbiggerthan anythingshehadeverdonebefore.That wasaPOWERmove—risky,courageous, andunapologeticallybold.

Watchingthefestival-goerssmile,hug, andsoakuptheenergyattheendof Peakefestmadeitclear Nicolamadea differenceintheirlives.Andshemadea differenceinminetoo.
