When quoting and installing our modular ramps, built specifically for each home or building, we always balance cost, aesthetics and safety. Porch Lifts. Talk about uplifting products! A business model developed to grow as your local operation does. You can launch your franchise from home if you can meet our basic business requirements such as minimum square footage, standards for computers, equipment set up and voice mail/answering service. After about three months, you’ll typically need a small office/warehouse location, probably in a light industrial area. We’ll help you through the entire process, including site location, design, and showroom specifications, if you should decide to have one. You won’t need to hire employees initially, which will help lower your preliminary costs! As your business grows, you may choose to hire sales staff and operational personnel as well as a service manager to oversee the operation. Relatively easy to operate. A sales person takes the order, oversees delivery and handles logistics. But technical and construction experience isn’t necessary nor is Medicare/Medicaid accreditation. Installation is performed by local, certified subcontractors, giving you the flexibility to adjust for volume. Getting your franchise noticed is all “wrapped” up! Each franchisee is required to have a white van with a vibrant 101 Mobility graphic wrap on it. We’ll provide appropriate signage for company and sales vehicles and magnetic signs for subcontractors to use, too. Also, shirts and hats with the101 Mobility logo on it will be available for purchase online—to give your staff a professional look.
