THE FUTURE OF HOME DESIGN

According to a recent New Home Trends Institute survey in collaboration with Pro Builder magazine, 58% of homeowners said a connection to the outdoors and nature would significantly influence their design choices in the coming years In comparison, 45% said outdoor entertaining would also receive increased attention. Following value and cost considerations, connection to the outdoors and nature was predicted to be the most significant driver of home design choices over the next three years This is the ideal time for landscape architects, residential architects, and custom builders to conquer the changes in the new marketplace.
