The IEHP Team Member Bonus Program is an annual bonus program that measures how well we're aligned with living our IEHP Values.
IEHP Values are defined as:
We do the right thing by:
Placing our Members at the center of our universe
Unleashing our creativity and courage to improve health & well-being
Bringing focus and accountability to our work
Never wavering in our commitment to our Members, Providers, Partners and each other
There are 7 pre-defined measures with set targets. Team Members who were hired through March 31, 2024 and who are employed on June 30, 2024 are eligible to earn up to a maximum of 5% of their annual salary based on our performance. Bonus earnings will be distributed to team members in July 2024 through the payroll process.
