The El Chicano is a community newspaper published by Inland Empire Community Newspapers (IECN) that covers the city of San Bernardino, CA. It has been the mission of the El Chicano to provide a view of the diverse accomplishments, challenges and human interest pieces of the San Bernardino community since its inception in 1968.
