Board Responsibilities
iEARN-USA’s Board of Directors is actively engaged in organizational governance. Each member is expected to attend four meetings per year (3 virtual and 1 in-person), participate in one Board committee, and give an annual gift in an amount that is personally significant and meaningful. Board Members are expected to serve an initial three-year term with an option to renew for two additional three-year terms.
Skills & Expertise
We are seeking individuals who will help broaden the skills and expertise of our current current Board. For this reason, we encourage applications from individuals with accounting/finance, legal (contract or HR), marketing/pr, or fund development expertise.
