Kevin Sanjari has been on this journey for 36 years. In his role as President, he has been a key driver in fostering and promoting a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). This was first prioritized by Kevin and Paragon 23 years ago.

Kevin recognizes that the success of any company is closely tied to the wellbeing and satisfaction of its employees. To this end, he has implemented a range of innovative employee-focused initiatives, such as mentorship programs, professional development opportunities, and appreciation events. In addition, Kevin has formed strong partnerships with community groups and local charities, establishing Paragon Security as a leader in the community.

In 2019, Kevin was a founding member of the Canadian Security Lifesavers Association (CSLA), recognizing the heroes on the frontlines in the security industry. Thanks to Kevin’s vision and commitment to DEI, employee retention, and community engagement initiatives, Paragon Security has emerged as a vibrant and successful organization.

“Good guards are made by good guard companies. At Paragon, we pride ourselves in fostering a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for all our employees. As a family-owned business we prioritize creating a less formal environment that cultivates a strong sense of teamwork and community. This approach not only sets us apart but also keeps morale high, enabling us to achieve greater success together.”
