It is three months since the armies of Richard III and Lady Macbeth were defeated on the fields of Shrewsbury by Juliet Capulet’s Prodigal rebellion and the appearance of the Wizard-God William Shakespeare.

The Prodigal rebels have begun the process of building a new nation led by a newly-formed Council of Thirty-Seven but find themselves facing threats from Titus’ army massing at their border.
