The hunt for Snake Eyes is on! After striking at Cobra targets and revealing his involvement with the Arashikage clan, Snake Eyes is pursued by both G.I. Joe and Cobra. When he ambushes a ship filled with Cobra money, the three forces clash and Scarlett gets him dead to rights… but lets him go when Snake Eyes kills a would-be assassin lurking in the shadows.

As the ship sinks—taking the Cobra money with it—Snake Eyes makes his escape and Storm Shadow learns his sword brother is a traitor. Meanwhile, the Soft Master (the former Arashikage trainer) joins with Juro (a young ninja who has lost both his parents to Snake Eyes’ sword) to work with Serpentor (who hopes to take the Arashikage’s place within Cobra).

Elsewhere, G.I. Joe agent Helix pursues Snake Eyes on her own agenda…
