BRANDON MCKINNEY Frank “Doberman” Doberano was a supercop with a passion — for the ladies, cold brewskies, pretzel logs, and most of all... the Law. Partnered with his best friend, Hawk, Doberman helped keep the mean streets of L.A. safe with a one-two punch of badassery and excessive badassery. That is, until a drug bust gone bad ended in Hawk’s death, and the monster responsible — Jasper Kane — walked away scot-free. Racked with guilt, Doberman left the force and disappeared. Years later, when news leaked of a “Crazed Woodsman” breaking up a Canadian prostitution ring, Chief immediately recognized Doberman’s M.O., and lured the lawman-turned-wildman back to the City of Angels for one final showdown with his arch-enemy.

Now, partnered with an awkward desk-jockey (Newton), and forced to bare his soul to a beautiful department shrink (Angie), Doberman tries his damnedest to foil Kane’s latest scheme -- smuggling drugs into the States via his charity, Third World Pets. But when a well-planned bust turns up nothing, and the Chief collapses from an apparent heart attack, it looks like Doberman is finally about to be neutered...

Zac is a comic book artist and cartoonist based out of a small town in central Illinois. He has worked as a comic book colorist on many mainstream titles such as DC’s MAGIC OF SHAZAM, TEEN TITANS, YOUNG JUSTICE, IDW’s TRANSFORMERS, and GI JOE, to name a few.

When he’s not creating for others, he’s busy building and destroying worlds on his website www.evilby.us ...all in an effort to kill time until the Zombie Apocalypse.

When that day comes, keep an eye out for him. He’ll be the crazy %$#@! dressed like a pirate wielding an axe (not a crappy wood chopping axe... a battle axe... like He-Man’s).
