Pedoman berperilaku bagi seluruh Insan Hutama Karya untuk mewujudkan Indonesia Maju.

PT HUTAMA KARYA (Persero) terus bertransformasi menjadi perusahaan yang transparan, akuntabel, dan memiliki daya saing tinggi baik dari sisi bisnis, produk, teknologi, serta kualitas sumber daya manusia. Tata nilai baru pun dioptimalkan melalui AKHLAK, yang terdiri dari Amanah, Kompeten, Harmonis, Loyal, Adaptif, dan Kolaboratif. Penerapan budaya di lingkungan Hutama Karya hingga anak dan cucu perusahaan ini ditetapkan oleh manajemen melalui kebijakan resmi bertajuk Peraturan Direksi tentang Tata Nilai Perusahaan PT Hutama Karya (Persero) yang bersifat mengikat.

Tata nilai baru ini diluncurkan melalui webinar interaktif yang menghadirkan Deputi Bidang SDM & TI Kementerian BUMN Alex Denni, Founder ESQ Group Ary Ginanjar, dan Direktur Utama Hutama Karya Budi Harto sebagai narasumber utama, serta diikuti oleh seluruh Insan Hutama Karya baik di kantor pusat secara tatap muka dengan menerapkan protokol kesehatan yang ketat maupun secara daring di seluruh proyek di Indonesia.

Untuk memastikan implementasi tata nilai AKHLAK dapat berjalan dengan efektif, Hutama Karya telah melakukan serangkaian kegiatan sosialisasi baik secara offline maupun online dengan menggandeng seluruh Insan Hutama Karya di semua level. This new value was launched through an interactive webinar that was presented by the Deputy of HR & IT of the Ministry of State-Owned Enterprises, Alex Denni, Founder of ESQ Group, Ary Ginanjar and President Director of PT. Hutama Karya, Budi Harto, who was the main presenter. It was attended face-to-face by all Hutama Karya employees from the head office, by implementing strict health protocols and was also organized online, across projects in Indonesia.
