Ryan’s 30+ years of experience in the human services field and business development has allowed him to gain significant success for the communities served by Inperium as well as those employed by these affiliates. Inperium has seen a robust expansion in services, financial diversity and strength, and affiliations that leverage resources to achieve quality results.

Mike Herr

With more than 30 years of diverse experience and a proven track record in the insurance industry, Mike Herr has been able to mitigate risk across Inperium’s constellation, and also assist in finding cost effective insurance and benefit solutions for all of Inperium’s affiliates in an effort to ensure the affiliates experience savings as they continue to grow their business and support their mission.

As the Chief Operations Officer, John Loyack brings a variety of business acumen and exceptional leadership. His span of control includes Apis Services, all fiscal oversight within Inperium’s constellation, treasury and banking relationships, new deal/affiliation prospecting and integration. John and his team’s priorities include the oversight of initiatives to take the organization into the future, that include, but not limited to driving affiliate operational efficiency, program effectiveness, business process scalability, new affiliate integration success and overall financial performance.

Tom has been an innovative leader in the Health & Human Services field for 25+ years. As CEO of Apis Services, he directs the shared service platform offered by Apis, supports the Executive leadership in the deployment and integration of the shared services, and ensures that Apis Services is routinely pursuing its mission, vision and values, namely providing unparalleled customer care to the affiliated entities.
