SAK DEVELOPMENT INVESTS LE 700 MILLION IN “THE V”, NEW ADMINISTRATIVE CAPITAL

In light of strategic partnerships encompassing a bouquet of prominent brands

SAK Developments has announced the details of EGP 700 million investment in developing “The V”, an integrated mixed-use administrative, commercial, touristic and medical futuristic devopment overlooking the skyline of The New Administrative Capital. The V is an 18,000 meter development, conveniently situated in the heart of the R7 zone surrounded by the New Capital’s groundbreaking landmarks.

SAK developments has witnessed a partnership agreement celebration with a bouquet of long term partners and brands that have selected The V as their first location in the New Administrative Capital. The partnership agreement witnessed the signing of Amer Group – Chilis Brand, Seif Pharmacies, Casper & Gambini’s restaurant, BBQ Pro and Pottery Café. These brands are the first set of agreements that SAK developments have rolled out for this project.
