On July 27, 2024, the Kerala Alumni Chapter of NMAM Institute of Technology (K-NMAMIT), under the esteemed banner of WENAMITAA (NMAMIT Alumni Association), successfully organized a Global Alumni Meet in Kochi. The event, hosted at the picturesque Chakolas Pavilion in North Kalamassery, Ernakulam provided the ideal setting for alumni from various batches to reconnect and celebrate their shared legacy.
The meet captured the enduring spirit of NMAMIT and offered an opportunity for alumni to revisit cherished memories, rekindle friendships, and form new connections.
The success of the ReuNitte event was a testament to meticulous planning, seamless teamwork, and flawless execution. The pre-event meetings played a crucial role in ensuring that every detail was thoughtfully planned and carried out with precision. A series of collaborative meetups enabled us to align on goals and strategy, allowing us to deliver a highly successful event.

Delegates and invited guests, elegantly dressed in black, were welcomed at the Chakolas Pavilion to the vibrant accompaniment of Chenda Melam. A professionally organized registration desk was set up to capture alumni details and exchange program information, reflecting true Kerala hospitality.

The Alumni meet of NMAMIT organized by Kochi Alumni was a grand success. It was very meticulously organized event. The organizers gave attention to every minute details and saw that all invitees and Alumni were kept happy.
A new benchmark in organizing such events was set. Thanks a lot for inviting me to witness and participate in the event and giving an opportunity to interact with our senior Alumni. Wishing the best for each of you dear alumni who’ve made this happen REU NIITE, regretting my inability to be there on account of TLC needed for toddler grandson who’s away from his mom for the first time attending a conference in Florida Stay well, strong, ethical, compassionate!
The highlight of the reu_nitte event was undoubtedly the blessings of Prof. G.R. Rai. While the venue may have been chilly, it was no match for the warmth of reconnecting with alumni from across the globe. I commend the organizing team for creating such a memorable experience, and encourage everyone to make this event a regular tradition. Life is a beautiful journey leading to extraordinary destinations, and Nitte is one such destination that will forever hold a special place in our hearts. I encourage each alumnus to visit the campus with their families because the best thing that happened to all of us was those transformative years spent in Nitte. I honor the contributions of the early leaders who laid the strong foundation for what Nitte has become today. Remember, “Memories may fade, but they never disappear.” To keep these memories alive, let’s make it a point to meet more often.
It was a pleasure participating in the Nitte Reunion at Kochi held on 27 July 2024! The Meet was an impeccably organized event that seamlessly combined nostalgia, networking, and celebration. From the warm welcome to the engaging cultural programs, every detail was thoughtfully curated to create an unforgettable experience. Personally, for me, the event provided a perfect platform to connect with Nitteites who are making us proud with their good deeds in different parts of the world.
