Artwork for print
All Spennare products have templates for download where the specifications for each product is specified. For most products, these general rules apply:
• Make sure the document’s color mode is set to CMYK.
• That vector graphics, such as logos, are specified with spot color from
• Pantone’s color library for coated print media (Pantone Solid Coated).
• Images should have a resolution of around 80 ppi at a scale of 1:1.
• Ensure images are converted to CMYK profile.
• We print based on the CMYK profile Fogra 39.
• Convert text to paths. Alternatively, ensure that the font is embedded
• in the print-ready PDF.
• Save print-ready PDF in PDF version 1.4 or later version.
• Check the box to save with layers.
Graphic support
In need of graphic support? We help our customers create print files and other graphic layout work. This will be charged on the invoice as a separate line.
To save both time and your budget, have a clear vision and all necessary hi res images in hand.
Answer three questions
1. Are there any specific colors and fonts you want to use in your communication?
Colors should be entered in the form of CMYK code or Pantone. Fonts should be specified and provided as requested.
2. Should there be a message in the form text, graphics or photo?
Attach material in the email. Alternatively, send via a file transfer service.
As for the text, everything should be proofread prior to being sent. Graphic elements such as the logo, icons or illustrations should be vectorized and as you want to use them. Pictures must be high resolution.
3. Further information requested:
a) Best contact for any project related questions.
b) Delivery date; Please specify if the date is firm or if the delivery can take place beforehand.
c) Delivery address; Please provide the full address along with contact name and number.
Delivery
We will present a proposal based on the information provided to us. The deliverable is provided for approval and will be edited based on feedback. Once final approval is given, we will start the printing process and we will deliver the finished product to your specified delivery address.
From order to delivery – here is how it works!
Shipping
Shipping costs are a normal part of most orders. The cost will be included on the final invoice. Our clients also have the choice of providing their own FedEx/UPS account # or freight carrier. Exceptions for some specific products with longer lead time.
Damage
Visible transport damages must be noted immediately on the transport driver’s hand scanner. Visible and hidden transport damage must be reported to Spennare within 7 days of receipt.

Guarantee
We at Spennare guarantee that products from KG Spennare AB are without defect in materials or workmanship, provided that, the product is installed and completed correctly by the dealer and properly handled by the end user. At Spennare’s discretion the defective item will be either repaired or replaced.

Screen-printed tents can be cost-effective starting from as few as three sets and are best suited for simple designs with up to four colors. Screen printing is most economical when the colors are solid, without gradients or photographic details. We use dyed tent fabric that is then screen-printed with logos. The maximum size for a screen-printed logo is 120x120 cm. Below are examples of the standard colors available for the tent fabric.
The production cost per tent decreases when the same design and logo size are printed in larger volumes, as the setup costs for the colors and stencils are fixed.
Standard Colors for the textile. Our tent fabrics in standard colors are fully dyedthrough. The color is identical on both sides of the material.

Tailor-made banners for different occasions but a variety of suspension options. We offer several different materials with specific properties that are good for different conditions, such as facades, fences, walls and wind protection. Here are the most common banner materials we produce.
Options Eyelets, Keder list, wooden pole, Velcro
Frontlite: Fire-rated smooth banner. With high UV resistance requirements, this banner is durable and weather-resistant, making it ideal for outdoor use.
Mesh: Banner material made of perforated mesh fabric. Perfect for buildings, fences, and exposed areas where air permeability is crucial. Fire-rated with high UV resistance requirements. Suitable for both temporary and long-term use.
PVC fri NonWoven: Pressed textile in 150 g Polyester. Suitable as fence banners or pallet covers. It’s durable and can withstand water and exposed environments. Use for events or construction sites where you want to create a border around an area.
Fairlyn Mesh®: An environmentally friendly alternative to PVC banners that has the same good quality and function. Made of 100% polyester without toxic solvents and heavy metals. Stronger and more elastic than PVC Mesh and better suited for colder climates because it does not stiffen and crack as easily from the cold.

Other hanging solutions include sewn channels for aluminum or wooden rods. Keder is a good alternative for exposed locations. Installation with keder requires a keder profile to be mounted on the wall.

Polyester, approx 110 g. Lightweight and effective solution for showcasing your message. The printed design allows your graphics to be visible in reverse on the backside as well, enhancing visibility and providing a professional appearance.
Polyester, approx 205 g. This slightly denser polyester banner is a reliable solution for trade shows, store displays. It is sturdy enough to withstand various weather conditions, yet easy to handle and install. Its print-friendly features produce sharp and clear images, making it a costeffective tool for communicating your message.
Block-out. Polyester banner with blockout properties, ensuring no transparency from the back. Ideal for trade shows, events and store windows advertising. Easy to handle, weather-resistant, and cost-effective.

Advertising flag
Full color printed advertising flags of various sizes, shapes and configurations. Choose from our different materials according to need and use. All materials are printed with photographic print with 100% penetration so the subject is mirrored on the back. A flag is always delivered edge-reinforced with the associated suspension device according to what might be needed (incl. in the price). For larger quantities (at least 20 flags) we also offer screenprint on the same material. Ask for a quote!
When is digital printing suitable?
• When the design is complex with many colors or photographic details.

Marine Polyester 160gr: Woven polyester. A classic and strong flag material that can withstand greater stress. The edges are folded and sewn. Hooks and other clothing as desired.
Polyester 110g: thin knit polyester. Suitable material for shorter campaigns and less exposed environments/situations. The edges are folded and sewn. Hooks and other clothing as desired.
R-PET polyester 110g: Environment-friendly alternative. Same product features as Supralon. Thinner knitted polyester made from recycled PET material (5 PET bottles per m2). Printed with water-based paint, without environmentally hazardous substances. The edges are folded and sewn. Hooks and other clothing as desired.

The production cost per flag decreases when the same design is printed in large volumes, as the color and stencil setup are fixed costs. The price is based on the flag’s size, the number of print colors, and the quantity. The minimum order quantity is 20 units.

Screen-printed advertising flags are cost-effective for larger quantities and are best suited for simple designs with up to four colors. Screen printing is most economical when the colors are solid, without gradients or photographic details. The design appears mirrored on the reverse side due to the dye-through effect.
Choose from three different flag materials depending on your needs and intended use. All flags are delivered with reinforced edges and included mounting hardware (included in the price).
