A flexible and adaptive tool, uniBIM provides Qualcomm with information to make critical decisions, quickly and confidently, resulting in the right space for your needs, saving time and money. Multimedia views For your intuitive understanding, uniBIM integrates 3D photography, 3D laser scanning, phase planning, program validation, space and budget analytics, heat-mapping technology for structural analytics, design review, risk management, and conceptual design models we develop to support near real-time cost management.

Construction Through uniBIM, we identify innovative strategies to compress the project schedule, while keeping operations functioning efficiently. This includes progress reporting, logistics planning, schedule management, and quantity take-off, which together support cost and earned value management.

True digital integration unlocks a new way for our client, DoubleVerify, to experience space and achieve their goals With DoubleVerify’s ambitious culture and high-tech background, our uniBIM digital integration process was the perfect solution to dynamically tie together design and construction services.

The data was incorporated into the test-fit and design process where our team created near real-time flythroughs of the proposed design that were navigable in VR.

The process began with an interactive 3D photogrammetric scan of the space to capture field conditions. This gave our teams a constant point of reference and was so accurate that we detected a minor sag in the slab.

Approvals and changes were made in a dynamic setting, and manufacturer data and costs were applied to this model meaning changes were made including costs and lead times updated. Take off schedules and color-coded plans were quickly created for the delivery team using data and counts for furniture, fixtures and equipment that were already in the model.

OpenSpace Everywhere local. Using AI technology, OpenSpace allows us to effectively map weekly site progress using 360° photography.

OpenSpace software is fully integrated with Procore and uniBIM and is used during the construction phase. The images are collated and pinned to floor plans to offer a virtual site walkthrough, accessible from anywhere in the world. Not only can you explore the entire job site virtually, in real-time, you can also flag any anomalies and ask questions to the project team directly through the program’s interface. Site workers are also able to raise any issues using the field notes functionality, streamlining the entire construction process.

Founded and administered by the international WELL Building Institute, WELL is the world’s first holistic health centric rating system based on medical research. Globally recognized as the ‘Gold Standard’ in promoting healthy indoor environments, it is an evidence and performance based system verified by on site performance testing and witnessing by a certified assessor.

Developed by the International Living Future Institute, the Living Building Challenge (LBC) is an ever evolving program that goes beyond basic best practice, instead focusing on critical high-level goals. It is assumed that to achieve LBC, typical best practices are already being met and championed by your team. Additional consulting moves you towards additional green goals.

Created by the US Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and now operated by The Center for Active Design, Fitwel is an entry level health centric rating system. There are no mandatory requirements, which makes it easier to target initiatives that suit the project.

United Therapeutics’ new Net Zero building changed climate control, airflow, privacy, and general ways of working. As an interior architect for over 20 years, Aimee has served as an interior designer and planner for corporate, lab, hospitality, multi-family, and retail spaces. Her practiced approach to establishing communication and collaboration chains early-on positions her well to curate Qualcomm’s relationship and coordinate our hub and spoke resource model. She drives our performance towards end-user satisfaction, standards adherence, and rigorous financial tracking.

Bringing broad experience in project management and leadership, Greg organizes and oversees project teams and helps ensure each project proceeds smoothly from kickoff to delivery. He advises teams in coordinating and soliciting vendors, creating and maintaining detailed project schedules with comprehensive budgets, and capturing and maintaining design intent. Quality and safety are always central concerns and Greg ensures they are managed effectively.

Rose has worked in both ANZ & North America, and has extensive experience in the full lifecycle of a project. She guides our teams in strategically translating client goals into the built environment and oversees our work to meet their budget and schedule expectations, all with a solutions-focused mindset. His projects have won numerous national awards as published in a variety of trade publications. He reviews project drawings and plans for constructability and code compliance, and signs and seals them for submission.

Beth designs and develops technical details catered to each project, ensuring we execute the design intent successfully. She is trained in multiple computer software programs and is an expert problem solver. Tina is a dedicated, enthusiastic and detailoriented senior construction professional with over 16 years’ experience. She is well versed in all aspects of construction from budgeting and cost estimating to project management and strategic planning. Her main responsibilities are leading cost planning and estimations for projects, monitoring the project’s financials and schedule, and providing overall project management.

Matt is a construction specialist with a strong foundation in design coordination and project management. He channels his drive as a Triathlon competitor to execute every project on time and under budget, with attention to detail. Matthew actively participates in the construction process from start to finish, coordinating day to day on-site activities, through which presence he builds a strong foundation with both clients and crew members.

Luke joined Unispace while completing his degree and obtaining his OSHA 30-hour certificate in site safety. As an assistant project manager in our delivery group, he supports project leaders and their initiatives and deliverables on a range of engagements. He has contributed excellent support to his project teams on Quest Diagnostics and Orrick, honing skills to apply for our clients, our team, and our subcontractors, keeping delivery on track to expectations.

As a prior independent construction consultant, Chris works to motivate project resources and achieve results. New headquarters embodies an energetic brand and dog-friendly atmosphere

Description Having outgrown their disjointed, inherited space, Rover knew they needed to move and upgrade to align their company culture and values with their work environment. To create an atmosphere that connects their employees to each other, they partnered with us to design and build four additional floors in a new building and a “woofdeck”, with two additional expansion floors to accommodate future growth. We created a unique space for Rover that conveys their personality and passion, while showing their forward thinking-approach to the workplace, creating an inclusive environment that defines their brand and embraces the dog love in everyone.

Digital integration delivers a dynamic work environment

Description With DoubleVerify’s ambitious culture and high-tech background, we knew our uniBIM digital integration process was the perfect solution to dynamically tie together design and construction services. Our unique approach, fused a collection of planning and design technologies with cost databases to save DoubleVerify time, forecast risk, and increase quality. The process began with an interactive 3D photogrammetric scan of the site. This gave our teams a point of reference and was so accurate that we detected a few-inch sag in the slab, which we addressed immediately, saving a costly change order later on. This data was incorporated into the test-fit and design process where our team created real-time flythroughs of the proposed design that were navigable in virtual reality by the client. With the whole team at the table, approvals and changes were made, saving substantial time in the schedule, and creating real buy-in from leadership. Manufacturer data and costs were applied the model, allowing cost and lead times to auto update.
