Hey, Idaho, it’s time to celebrate! On July 19, 2024, the Idaho Lottery will commemorate its 35th Anniversary; you and your players are invited to the party. And what could be better than an entire family of anniversary-themed Scratch Games where players could win up to $200,000! There’ll be cookies, cakes, party hats, and balloons, so break-out the noise makers, light the firecrackers, and let’s get the 35th anniversary party started! Win a Party for Your Store You and your store are included in the festivities, too! Every time you settle a pack of 35th Anniversary-themed Scratch Games, your store will automatically receive one entry for a chance to win 100 scratch tickets and an in-store party with cookies, balloons, confetti poppers, and noise makers! There will be thirty-five stores selected across all of Idaho! 35th Anniversary parties will be held during the week of July 15th! Let the party begin! T-SHIRTS One of the signature items from the Lottery for any anniversary are the celebratory T-shirts for all of our retail partners. These collector items will be distributed to stores as a heartfelt thank you for your continued support and dedication.
Retailer Newsletter Published February 2024 First ever Monthly Rolling Jackpot 2nd Chance The party isn’t over yet. All three of these games feature a built-in, 2nd chance feature for non-winning tickets where players can enter to win a monthly, rolling jackpot. All non-winning tickets may be entered exclusively through the Idaho Lottery’s free VIP Club. Players scratch off an 8-digit alphanumeric second chance entry code at the bottom of their ticket. They enter their code to access an exciting, interactive online 2nd chance game to reveal their entries into the drawing. All these entries are entered through the Lottery's VIP Club for a chance to win one of the rolling jackpots each month. Entries for the monthly draw are only valid in the month they are entered. When the game goes on sale, the 35th Anniversary rolling jackpot will begin at $3,000. Every time someone enters their non-winning ticket through the Idaho Lottery’s VIP Club website, the jackpot will increase. At the end of the month, a drawing is held from all the entries and the winner wins the jackpot! And then, the jackpot starts over at $3,000 until the end of the next month – all the way through the Lottery’s anniversary in July.

Second CHANCE FINAL CAKE EVENT ALL entries from all three games during the campaign, from launch in February until June 30, 2024 will be eligible for the FINAL CAKE EVENT held on Friday at 6 PM MST, July 19, 2024 at the Village in Meridian. Five winners will be selected from the entries to travel to Boise and participate for a chance to win up to $10,000. Each finalist, regardless of where they live, will receive $500 in travel money. Finalists from outside the greater Treasure Valley area will also receive hotel accommodations. The FINAL CAKE EVENT will be broadcast LIVE on the Lottery’s social media channels. During the event, there will be five, very large, baked anniversary cakes loaded with a prize hidden inside the creamy, delicious layers. The finalists, dressed in protective clothing, will each select a cake and then dig through in search of their prize. The fastest to find their prize wins an additional $350 in Scratch tickets. The winning prize amount in the FINAL CAKE EVENT is $10,000! The runner-up prizes are $5,000; $3,000; $2,000 and $1,000.
