Non-winning tickets are entered through the Idaho Lottery’s VIP Club website at vip.idaholottery.com. Players enter the alphanumeric code to spin a fun holiday wheel which reveals their number of entries for the draw. All tickets must be entered by Saturday, January 31, 2026, at 11:59 pm Mountain Time to be eligible to win. The winners will be announced in the first week of February 2026.

During the review process for this year’s Bucks for Books awards, the Idaho Commission for Libraries very generously added $21,000 to the Lottery’s annual contribution of $50,000 for schools this year. There is a need in Idaho for
improving early education literacy and the Idaho Lottery is making a difference for elementary schools across Idaho. The increase in funding is allowing the Lottery to award 26 new books for schools across Idaho. Hopefully this will develop a love for reading during their school years and beyond. CHANGE IN ROUTINE PAYS OFF BIG FOR WINNER
Every day before work, Scott Daniel and his co-worker make a stop at the Sage Travel Plaza in Caldwell to get a soda and play a few lottery tickets. As a regular, the store knows them well.
One Tuesday morning in late October, Scott decided that since he had not been winning lately playing Scratch tickets, that he would try InstaPlay. It was just that small change in routine that landed Scott the top prize of $30,000 on the InstaPlay game, Blackjack.
“I got the ticket, looked it over, and turned to my co-worker and said I think I won $30,000,” Scott described on winning. “Total disbelief.”
Believe it, Scott! He claimed his prize in Boise at the Lottery office a few hours later. He plans to use his winnings to pay off bills.
