Iconique Magazine had the honor of covering and publishing this photoshoot of Mike Jones in St Louis Mo for Stella Loisir with Fashion Designer Phyllis Morris of Toni Da La Couture. This photoshoot took place in some of St Louis historic locations like the City Museum just behind the Fashion District on Washshinton ave. All of the Models presented a unique style that was captivating and really brought out something that is rarely seen in the St Louis Fashion Market. Mike Jones is not new to the Fashion World. His gifts reach far and wide throughtout the World. A very humble person. Keep on the lookout for more of this St Louis treasure in the near future. ................................................... Mike Jones and the story of Stella Loisir Hello I’m mike Jones the Runway Coach and Coordinator of Stella Loisir I’ve been in Fashion Industry for 30 years now wow how time flies but the funny thing is i was involved in different things but all with entertainment it started at 15. I did my first Fashion show and that show was like a eye opener a light went off in my head suddenly I wanted to be a model more than anything in the world but I was a black dark skin male trying to get into a Industry that at that time catered to white males 6/0 I was 5/10 and a half lol but by the grace of God. I became one of the best models of my time being on the S-Curl box which was a hair product box by luster products This was one of the things that happened to me that let me know I was exactly where I should be then I started doing Runway across the country I know my runway style was different than most I had just a little more flair than most and back in those days they would look like did he just do that and I would be doing mannequin turns one and half turns ripping jackets on and off I remember doing a show for Ebony fashion fair where I was modeling fur coats with another male model from California and we decided when we take our coats off we would switch them real quick and I would come back down runway in his coat and he in mine this garnered us a standing ovation so things like that allowed me to be a model for over 20 years before I decided not to model anymore then I got into music business management for my Niece Penelope Jones working aside her manager Shawn Tubby Holiday. He is now VP of Columbia records I learned a lot working with him and touring with universal records was an awesome opportunity I would never forget then life brought me right back where it all started my life changed once again due to some personal things that relocated me back to St Louis so here I was back in the city that was not really connected to Fashion Industry so me and

my experience didn’t matter I was seen as a know it all arrogant person and I was non of that I was willing to share my information if they wanted to listen and not judge because I’ve had a different experience than you lol. So I met a young lady name Felicia and her company was fashion in the city we did a show at Kiel opera house it was amazing then from their I started do-

ing two are three shows a year from 2014 till 2019 then I started traveling and training models all over the world for fashion weeks but I would always post pictures of models that I worked with male female kids so Automatically people would assume these were my models and they would book them for jobs through me but again they were not my models so since everyone wanted my models I decided this year to get my own models finally and in doing so.

I know their will be a lot a professional agencies and companies that will pay attention to these models because they work with me and not bragging but I’ve created a great brand that I’m very proud of at this point I have 8 ladies Adrianna Simms Martin, Briana Addison ,Troy Clower,Anchevia Noble, Rashanda Knights,Aryial Brown,Trayona Belford,Jasmins Virgin and all of these ladies have a different look and skill and each one has a class that’s undeniable some of them have done previous work like Adrianna and Anchevia both have had a hand in industry and traveled and hit other runways but I want them to do campaigns and work for Fortune 500 companies as the fave of products. I have dreams for these Models and we are not stopping till we reach the top I will also be looking for two more female models now let’s not forget I have one male model Mr Carlos he call himself the main event lol I was like really but he is a awesome male model he can hold his own and working with me he will be bigger than that we also used one additional male child in photo shoot because he is so awesome his name is Alexander Ferguson 3rd this young man is awesome and he plays no games as a child model book him and all the rest not because I said so but because it is so we have a lot of things coming our way. We are moving forward this Corona Virus. It had us on freeze for a minute so when photo shoot came up my idea was “Models against Covid-19” to show we stood against this virus and everything about it. These models are amazing, the photo shoot was awesome. These models brought it and I want to thank one of the Designers Phyllis Morris thank you so much your always a blessing also I want to thank Robin with Swanky Chics she made the T-shirt and mask for shoot our makeup artist is the absolutely amazing Rosalind es Bonita she use to model for me now has become a makeup artist so all you celebrities look her up book her she will have you red carpet ready and last but certainly not least I would like to send a special shout out to our Photographer Mr Von-Donald without him we couldn’t have done this shoot it was great I appreciate you and all the awesome things you do I appreciate Iconique magazine for interview and I will end this by saying please Book my models @bjmprodd@yahoo.com thanks again
