I have been a Type 1 Diabetic for 47 years and through that, I have learned to live Philippians 4:13...I CAN do all things through Christ, which strengthens me. Through my faith in Christ, I have learned to live healthy with diabetes, and against the odds I was able to give birth to three children. I have also been blessed to adopt my youngest daughter Josylin. I aspire to be a Proverbs 31 woman to my loving husband of 28 years. I’ve been immensely blessed in my home, my work and my life. I am ZaKhira James and I am a sophomore at Johnson & Wales University in Providence, Rhode Island pursuing a degree in Psychology. In 2013, I was selected as the face of the Miss American Diamonds (M.A.D.) pageant system. At the very first pageant, I was surprised and offered the Miss American Diamonds’ Lifetime Queen title. I accepted this big responsibility because its a pageant system that puts God first and pushes me to follow my dreams with poise and grace. Hello, my name is Brooke Andrews and I am your 2019-2020 Mrs./Ms. American Diamonds Queen. If you have never heard of a Miss America Diamonds pageant, I would encourage you to check it out. This was the first pageant that I have ever been apart of and it was a positive experience. This pageant represents faith, inner beauty, and integrity. All things that I admire in a person, and things I choose to represent. For those of you who are reading this may be thinking: I’m am too old, I am nervous, and I am not cut out for the “pageant” scene, but I am here to tell you that you are wrong when it comes to Miss American Diamonds. M.A.D. encourages women, ALL women, to show off the diamond that God placed in each and every one of you. This is a floor that allows you to be no one other than yourself. If you have always wanted to do a pageant, or check one off your bucket list I promise you will meet some incredible people, and have the time of your life!

I’m Miss American Diamonds Teen Josylin Gallup, and I am an overcomer. I have overcome being a 14 week early micropremie, the death of my mom at a young age, and abuse from my dad. Today I am happy and love because I have been adopted by my aunt and uncle. I’m outgoing, quirky and fun, and although I’ve been bullied about that in the past, I now embrace it and am comfortable with who I am. I like photography, reading, writing poems, anime cosplay from shows I like, and creating special effects makeup. I want to be a teacher for special education history or English teacher. Miss American Diamonds was my first pageant, and it is amazing

Kati Ann Russo is a Speaker; Radio Host, Author, Actress and Miss American Diamonds Diamond of Diamonds. She is an advocate for tween and teen girls and hosts forums for them addressing life issues. She holds a bachelors degree from Cal State San Bernardino in communications with a minor in theater. My journey with Miss American Diamonds started in 2016 when I was crowned the first ever Miss American Diamonds Ms. California. I regained that title twice more and won my first National title last year - Miss American Diamonds Dazzling Diamond. This is my 4th year in the MAD pageant family and second year holding a National title. Because of my time with MAD I’ve been able to appear at numerous Holiday events, fundraisers, on several red carpets and in numerous parades representing my pageant family. I volunteer regularly at a food bank in my area and with the Rancho Cucamonga IncredABLES (a program for disabled individuals). I use my platform to raise awareness about issues impacting young adults, spread Jesus’s love and make a difference in my community. Being involved with the pageant has helped me see my potential and my true beauty. It’s an honor and privilege to be a part of the Miss American Diamonds Pageant family.
