With flexibility and functionality at the core of the conversation. We will discuss the workspace options you have viewed and what you think is most appropriate.

You will be given a formalised proposal with details on the potential workspace, specification, commercial outlines, and requirements you need.

Upon signing up, we will work with you on migrating your team into your new workspace. This includes getting set up and making the transition as seamless as possible.

We don’t stop there. You will have your community team on site to support you daily, as an extension of your business.

We work with you to make sure you and your team are happy and productive in our workspace.

The building can be accessed 7 days a week, 24/7.

Yes, of course. We work with you to create the perfect space for the functionality you need.

How flexible are the term lengths?

Standard pricing is based off a 12 month timeframe, however, we have a huge amount of flexibility which we can work to when confirming your solution.

Yes, you can add as many team members as you like, however the capacity of your office space will stay the same. A one-off set up fee applies for each additional team member.

Yes, there's 2 meeting rooms and a podcast lounge on site which as a member, you get a discounted rate to.

Do I mix with other companies?

All our workspaces are community driven and shared spaces. As a private office client you have an enclosed private space. As a coworker, you will be on a shared section of the coworking area which is open plan.

Are there any hidden fee's?

Is there break out space?

Yes, we have a variety of spaces which can be used when your team needs to get away from their desk to collaborate.

All memberships come fully furnished with electric sit stand desks, ergonomic chairs, digital tv in every office suite and fully serviced facilities; utilities, tea, coffee, water etc are included in your price. Additional fees would apply if you requested that we customise your office, increased the spec of your broadband package, require phone lines and customised call answering, if you decide to book meeting rooms (preferential member rates apply), or require catering for your team.

We host a variety of events per month designed to drive engagement and development with your team. We have a comprehensive partnership network with discounts and offers. Tea, coffee, cereals, snacks, shower facilities bike storage and bike repair station are also available.

Yes, you are a ten minute walk to Kent Train Station, 10 minutes to the airport by car and walking distance to train and bus stations. Is the building accessible?
