GM’s Junction Q3 2026 – Another amazing quarter, shaped by an exceptional team! Looking back at Q2 2026, we have once again

demonstrated how strongly we support one another while operating in a busy and challenging hospitality environment. These achievements did not happen by themselves; they required continuous adjustment, training, and commitment from everyone. We improved across all our key guest satisfaction indicators, including IHG Guest Love and our TripAdvisor ranking, to name just two of the most important achievements. In Q2, we were especially pleased to organize the long-awaited Butler—or, more appropriately, Curator—Training alongside many other valuable learning initiatives.

Having already seen its positive impact, we have decided to expand this training into other areas of the resort next year. I strongly believe in continuously educating, realigning, and developing an already outstanding team to make it even better. My sincere thanks go to everyone involved in organizing and delivering the training sessions. Special recognition must also be given to all the volunteers who participated in the various activities, including the swimming classes introduced earlier in the quarter.

With such a motivated and ready-to-go team, I look forward to rocking the remainder of the year together!

DIVERSITY & INCLUSION: We proudly celebrated the Independence Days of Philippines , along with the National Days of Russia, highlighting the rich cultural diversity within our community. Each celebration honored the history, traditions, and national pride of our colleagues, while bringing us together in the spirit of unity and mutual respect.

By sharing these meaningful moments, we continue to strengthen a workplace culture that values inclusion and the unique contributions of every individual. These celebrations not only recognize important milestones but also foster deeper connections, creating a more engaged, respectful, and supportive team environment for all.

BINGO & KAHOOT: The courtyard came alive with energy and friendly excitement as colleagues gathered for an engaging afternoon’s of Bingo and Kahoot. What made the occasion truly special was the laughter, interactive moments, and strong sense of camaraderie that turned simple games into a fun and memorable experience.

IHG SERVICE WEEK: Every year, IHG Celebrate Service Week is a special time dedicated to celebrating and appreciating our amazing colleagues who bring our hospitality to life each and every day.

Throughout the week, colleagues come together to enjoy fun activities, special meals, games, wellness moments, and team celebrations, creating opportunities to connect, relax, and share memorable moments.

Most importantly, it is our way of saying a heartfelt thank you for the hard work, passion, teamwork, and dedication our colleagues show in creating exceptional experiences for our guests.

Table tennis Tournament 2026: The Table Tennis Tournament 2026 brought colleagues together for an energetic evening filled with exciting matches, impressive skills, and friendly competition. Participants showcased great focus, determination, and sportsmanship throughout the tournament.

More than just a competition, the event created a fun and lively atmosphere where colleagues could connect, cheer for one another, and enjoy the spirit of teamwork. It was a wonderful and memorable occasion that strengthened team bonds and added another great moment to our workplace community.

BRAIN BUZZ SEASON 8: The Brain Buzz Season 8 brought colleagues together for an exciting and engaging challenge, featuring 10 rounds of questions across a variety of topics. With 15 teams competing, the event was filled with energy, quick thinking, and friendly rivalry.

Adding to the excitement, each team had a one-time “Joker” option to double their points in a chosen round, introducing an extra layer of strategy and anticipation. Participants showcased their knowledge and teamwork as they progressed through each round, with exciting prizes and cash vouchers awarded to the winners.

MAAMUNAGU CRICKET PREMIRE LEAGUE: The Maamunagau Cricket Premier League brought our colleagues together for an exciting time filled with teamwork, sportsmanship, and friendly competition.

SABA BUTLER COURSE – CERTIFIED BUTLER: We are proud to celebrate the successful completion of the SABA Butler Course, marking a wonderful milestone in our journey of learning and development.

With this achievement, we are delighted to have a certified Butler on our island, further strengthening our commitment to delivering exceptional and personalized guest experiences.

FIRE EVACUATION FIRE DRILL : A successful Fire Evacuation Drill was conducted with great teamwork and participation from our colleagues. The team responded quickly, followed the evacuation procedures, and gathered safely at the designated assembly point.

World Art Day ! GRAFFITI CLUB : Celebrating creativity, colors, and imagination! Our colleagues came together to express their artistic side through a fun and vibrant Graffiti Club activity.

IC THEY KNOW – Kendhoo School Visit: We were delighted to welcome the students of Kendhoo School to Maamunagau for a special visit. Our team extended a warm welcome and gave the students a glimpse into the world of hospitality and resort life. It was a wonderful opportunity to share our passion for hospitality, connect with the young visitors, and create a memorable experience filled with learning, smiles, and meaningful moments.

2026 ELEVATE LOYALTY & GUEST EXPERIENCE WORKSHOP: We are proud to highlight Bendi and Manaan, who attended the 2026 Elevate Loyalty & Guest Experience Workshop. The workshop was a great opportunity to gain fresh insights, strengthen their knowledge, and explore new ways to enhance guest experiences.

Through engaging sessions and shared learning, they gained valuable perspectives on building stronger guest connections, creating memorable experiences, and delivering service with excellence.

A meaningful learning journey that supports continuous growth, inspires new ideas, and strengthens our commitment to delivering exceptional hospitality every day.

TERRORISM AWARENESS & TABLE TOP WORKSHOP : A one-day Counter Terrorism Awareness & Tabletop Workshop was successfully conducted by the National Counter Terrorism Centre (NCTC) for our Management Team and Line Colleagues across two sessions.

The workshop provided valuable awareness and practical knowledge, strengthening our team’s preparedness, safety, and response capabilities.

LAGOON CLEANING :Our colleagues came together for a meaningful Lagoon Cleaning activity, showing great teamwork and care for our beautiful island environment. With everyone’s enthusiastic participation, the activity was not only productive but also a wonderful opportunity to strengthen team spirit while contributing to a cleaner and healthier lagoon. A big thank you to all our colleagues who participated and helped make the activity a success. Together, every small action makes a positive difference! .

FOOS BALL TOURNAMENT: Our Foosball Tournament 2026 brought colleagues together for an exciting time filled with energy, friendly competition, and team spirit. With every match, participants showcased their skills, focus, and determination while enjoying plenty of fun and laughter. More than just a competition, the tournament was a wonderful opportunity to connect, unwind, and strengthen friendships across the team. A big thank you to everyone who participated and supported the event, making it another memorable colleague activity!

MOTHERD DAY: We celebrated Mother’s Day with love and appreciation, honoring the wonderful mothers among our colleagues. It was a heartwarming moment to recognize their strength, care, and dedication, both at work and in their families. A small celebration filled with smiles, gratitude, and special memories.

INTERNATIONAL NURSES DAY:In celebration of International Nurses Day, we took a special moment to recognize and appreciate our dedicated nurse for her compassion, commitment, and continuous care.

RAABADHI FUTSAL TOURNAMENT: Our team proudly participated in the Raabadhi Futsal Tournament, bringing great energy, teamwork, and determination to every match. After an exciting journey, the team reached the quarter-finals, where their tournament run came to an end.

While the result may not have been what we hoped for, the team showed fantastic spirit, sportsmanship, and commitment throughout the tournament.

Seeing the club take shape and continue its journey has been truly inspiring. We also created unforgettable memories during Global Loyalty Week, where our colleagues came together to celebrate the guests and members who are at the heart of what we do. And then came Celebrate Service Week, another incredible opportunity to recognize you amazing colleagues behind the service and the experiences we create every day.
