JUF 36 Under 36 Ari Strulowitz ('05) is being honored by the JUF as a 36 Under 36 honoree this year as the Director of Camp Nageela Midwest. He works with Jewish youth, helping them develop into inspired and committed community members. Through his leadership, he helped turn Nageela into a flourishing, successful, and innovative nonprofit organization.

Empowered to Lead Max Dayan ('06) is a businessman and the Executive Director of the Kehilla Fund. "Due to the unique features of the school such as the smaller class size and extensively available extracurricular activities, ICJA was part of an environment that helped develop my leadership skills, enabling me to become the entrepreneur I am today.”

Top Jewish Basketball Players in the Nation ICJA Alumni Kevin ('15) and Ryan ('18) Bokor competed on the YU Maccabees Basketball Team for an award winning season as some of the top Jewish players in the nation.

ICJA Alumni Getting Together and Making a Difference

4 ICJA alumni Rocky (Fishman) Brody ('88), Jonathan Polin ('88), Murray (Meir) Chasan (’76), and Yuri Shoshan ('85), participated in the 20th Annual Wheels of Love, a 5 day charity bike ride for the benefit of Alyn Children's Hospital of Jerusalem.

Three Generations of ICJA United ICJA alumnae Elana (Lichtenstein) Pnini (’01), Rachel (Levin) Weinstein, wife and mother of ICJA alumni, Adina (Trattner) Appel (’75), and Sharon (Yellin) Weingarten (’73), found themselves working together at Bar Ilan University. Though their ICJA connection was a surprise, their shared memories brought them closer together.
