Issue 153 2026

How Often Do You Start Again?

Are there times when you find yourself enthusiastically ready to start again, eager to improve, redefine your priorities and commit to a better time in your life? For some, the prompt may be a birthday, especially if it’s a significant one. For others, it might be after a nudge from a friend, family member or a particularly triggering comment or event. Often our lives encompass many regular, routine tasks that occupy each day’s schedules, but there are also times when it’s important to review our lives and how we live, where we’ll end up if we keep on doing what we’re doing! This may motivate us to drink less alcohol, coffee or soda, get healthier, exercise more, determine to invest more effort into our relationships and arrange a regular date or family night. Whilst New Year is often a popular time for resolutions, there’s no need to wait for a specific date or time of year. We can

simply decide to start again on a Monday morning, or even right now! Why wait, if we’re already ‘in the zone’? There can be several momentous reasons that encourage us to start again. We might want to put renewed zest into our work, feel ready to get back into dating or revitalise our existing relationships. We may have had a health warning, caught sight of ourselves in a mirror or a photograph, always a good time to focus our attention on improving ourselves. But equally our work life may have begun to feel like a never-ending treadmill, routine days in dire need of an injection of enthusiasm. This may be enough to underline the need to enhance our business skills and open opportunities to promote or diversify our offering, which may necessitate additional training and determination to become more self-sufficient. Steps that require only a small effort can be a good way to start initially. We’ve all got those trivial things we’ve been meaning to do but keep putting off or ‘forgetting about’. Getting started

may well involve cleaning the fridge, tidying your sock drawer, painting a kitchen cupboard, clearing the garden, experimenting with a new recipe. All minor items on your ‘thinking about’ list, but which introduce action and the desire to re-energise your outlook. None are earth-shattering achievements, but are enough to kick-start your efforts and be something to smile about once they’re done. And afterwards, reward yourself with the book you’ve been keen to read or spend a cosy half hour enjoying a relaxing bath or hot drink. Feel good at having earned your reward. Reflect on what you’d like to be doing, on ways you could add value and interest to your business and personal life. Might it be valid to look at the year ahead and how it could work well for you? In business, could you think of ways to monetise Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Easter, school holidays, and perhaps introduce themed events or offer relevant products for sale. Might there be some scope? Whilst not jeopardising your regular income stream let’s find a few positive ways to stay on track with your desire to start again. Now is a perfect time to introduce new habits into your life that can continue even when other changes come your way. Good habits help you deal with setbacks by enabling you to feel better and more in control. Plans to inject new life and start again may require third-party input. Even going to the gym can lose its appeal on a dark, wet night or after

HOW OFTEN DO YOU... Issue 153 2026

a particularly tiring day. Joining forces with an ally, someone who shares your enthusiasm can introduce motivation, accountability and perhaps even an element of competition. Be mindful too that you’re doing it for you and if your partner’s commitment or enthusiasm wanes, you’re sufficiently determined to continue towards your goals. Maybe a business coach or mentor could help you clarify what you want, get started and be someone you check in with from time to time. Enhancing your business offering may require extra competencies and the need to engage a third party to contribute important skills, like accountancy, tech awareness, social media, negotiation skills and valuable contacts. Think about who you know in your family, the forums you’ve joined, the people in your wider network. Reward yourself with praise and even treats whenever you hit a milestone. Appreciate each small step as a success along the way. Staying where you are, inside your comfort zone might be okay at times, but ultimately it can become routine, humdrum and uninspirational. Starting again allows us to reevaluate our lives, even though we may fall short at times. Slip ups teach us about resilience, finding alternative ways to invest our time and improve. However, many times you fail and start again, credit yourself with having taken the initiative and had a go!

MOTORING REVIEW Issue 153 2026

All New MGS6 EV Review

By Tim Barnes-Clay. Follow on Instagram: @tbarnesclay Let us introduce you to the all-new MGS6 EV, which houses a 77kWh battery and is offered in both rear-wheel and all-wheel drive. This MG stands out in the compact crossover SUV (C-SUV) category - not necessarily for its looks - but for its ample space, well-designed interior. Furthermore, with an impressive fivestar Euro NCAP rating, the MGS6 EV certainly has a significant safety advantage.

So, following the recent launch of the MG IM6 SUV, the MGS6 EV represents an important milestone for the now Chinese-owned brand. But how does it perform on the road? Let’s delve into the details. The MGS6 EV marks MG’s eighth all-electric vehicle in the UK and is the third model built on the Modular Scalable Platform, which debuted with the MG4 EV. PAGE

MOTORING REVIEW

Issue 153 2026

From the front, the MGS6 EV features a contemporary aesthetic characterised by a split grille design, integrated high and lowbeam lighting, and a new daytime running light signature. Side-on, you’ll notice silver roof rails, privacy glass, and a prominent shoulder line. At the rear, the lower bumper is adorned with silver accents, and an integrated roof spoiler features a brake light. Also, an eye-catching full-length central light bar is cleverly placed beneath the MG badge to enhance the vehicle’s electric range. Thanks to the ultra-thin battery technology used in the MGS6 EV, coupled with the Modular Scalable Platform’s adaptability, this vehicle comfortably accommodates a family of five. Passengers in both the front and rear will enjoy excellent comfort, with generous leg and knee room, while heated front seats come standard across all three models. What’s more, with a boot space of 674 litres that expands to 1,910

litres when the rear seats are folded down, you won’t need to worry about packing light. Additionally, there’s a front ‘frunk’ offering up to 124 litres of cargo capacity. A choice of colours and materials ensures that the MG’s interior isn’t just practical but also pleasing. Grey leather-style and suedestyle seats are available, complemented by a carbon-effect trim or a beige option featuring a natural-effect trim. Trophy models also include a panoramic sunroof to boost the cabin’s natural light. The interior is further elevated by a dual-screen setup, comprising a floating 12.8-inch HD touchscreen and a 10.25-inch HD driver display, complete with three selectable themes. MG states that the MGS6 EV aims to deliver remarkable power and performance across its three distinct versions. This is particularly true of the MGS6 EV Trophy Dual Motor that we had the chance to drive at its launch event.

MOTORING REVIEW

www.icenimagazine.co.uk

The all-wheel drive (AWD) variant delivers 361PS, enabling it to reach 62mph in a brisk 5.1 seconds. The AWD system kicks in when traction becomes questionable, providing decent stability in various driving situations. While the MG does roll if pushed too hard into bends, it still delivers a pretty thrilling burst of speed on the straights. There are also two other variants of the MGS6 EV: the SE Long Range, with a single-motor power output of 245PS and a combined range of 329 miles. Meanwhile, the Trophy Long Range shares the same range and poke but enhances the driving experience with more advanced comfort and entertainment features. These rearwheel drive models can also achieve 0-62mph in a respectable 7.3 seconds, with all models having a top speed restricted to 124mph. Additional features include five energy recovery modes, including a one-pedal driving option, ensuring versatility in different driving conditions. Plus, the MGS6 EV offers five drive modes - Normal, Sport, Comfort, Custom, and Snow - that contribute to a generally assured and engaging drive. The 77kWh battery provides an impressive driving range of up to 329 miles for the singlemotor rear-wheel drive versions, while the allwheel drive Trophy Dual Motor offers up to 301 miles.

Issue 153 2026

MG claims the SUV boasts an aerodynamic drag coefficient of just 0.27. Notable design features include an active grille shutter system at the front, paired with front wheel deflectors and low-resistance aero wheel covers, collectively improving electric range by almost an additional 30 miles. All models can be rapidly charged from 10 to 80% in just 38 minutes when using public fast chargers. The MGS6 EV builds on the foundation laid by successful models like the MG4 EV hatchback while drawing inspiration from sportier MGs like the Cyberster convertible. With MG’s reputation as one of the UK’s bestselling EV manufacturers, you can feel confident in your investment in this vehicle. The SE Long Range starts at £37,995, with the Trophy Long Range at £40,995, and the Trophy Dual Motor priced at £43,995. While it isn’t the most affordable electric vehicle on the market, the MGS6 EV ticks many boxes for those seeking a spacious electric car for family use. The EV may not be visually striking, but it offers solid performance, an impressive range, safety, comfort and practicality. Overall, if you’re looking for a family car and are dedicated to driving fully electric, this MG should definitely be on your shopping list. supporting the recovery of your skin’s barrier. A popular affordable choice is The INKEY List Hyaluronic Acid Serum. This serum has lots of positive reviews - it boosts hydration without a hefty price tag. 4. Moisturise - £4–£15 Once you’ve hydrated the skin, the next essential step is to lock in the moisture. 5. Exfoliate - £3–£18 Aim to exfoliate 2-3 times per week. Instead of using a daily scrub, use a mild exfoliating toner or glycolic tonic. This type of formula helps to brighten dull skin alongside removing dead skin cells. Pixi Glow Tonic Glycolic Acid Toner 100ml gently resurfaces the skin without causing any irritation. Skin detoxing doesn’t mean a complete overhaul of your skin routine, it’s purely a reset and rebalance. Jobs To Do In The Garden For January

Kick-Start Your Year with Productive Browse catalogues and online shops for seeds, bulbs, and plants. Prepare your planting plans, Winter Tasks. January may be the heart of winter, but for dedicated gardeners, it is far from a dormant month. While growth in the garden slows and many plants lie dormant, there is plenty that can be accomplished to prepare for the year ahead. The chilly days are perfect for planning, tidying, and undertaking essential maintenance that will set the foundation for a productive and beautiful garden come spring. Here are the key jobs to tackle in your garden this January. 1. Planning and Preparing January is an excellent time to reflect on last year’s successes and lessons in the garden. Take a stroll around your outdoor space, making notes of what worked well, what needs improvement, and areas you’d like to develop.

considering crop rotation for vegetables and succession planting for continuous blooms.

Now is also the moment to order seeds and young plants. Popular varieties can sell out quickly, so getting in early ensures you have the pick of the bunch. If you keep a gardening diary, update it with your plans and jot down any ideas for new layouts or features. 2. General Maintenance and Tidying The quieter pace of January gives you an opportunity to tidy borders, remove fallen leaves and debris, and clear away any spent annuals. This not only keeps your garden looking neat but also prevents the spread of disease and discourages pests that may overwinter in the mess.

branches to improve airflow and encourage healthy growth in the coming months. Wisteria, roses, and late summer-flowering clematis can also benefit from a winter prune. Always use clean, sharp secateurs and make cuts at an angle just above healthy buds. 5. Sowing and Planting

It’s also a good time to clean and sharpen your gardening tools. Well-maintained tools are more efficient and less likely to spread disease. Give your greenhouse a thorough clean, washing glass to maximise available light. Remove algae, moss, and accumulated dirt from pathways and patios to prevent slippery surfaces. 3. Soil Care If the ground is not frozen or waterlogged, January is ideal for digging over vegetable beds and borders. Incorporate well-rotted manure or compost to improve soil structure and fertility. This early work allows the earth to break down naturally before spring planting. Mulching is another valuable winter job. Apply a thick layer of organic mulch - such as compost, bark, or leaf mould - around trees, shrubs, and perennials. This helps insulate roots, conserves moisture, and suppresses weeds. 4. Pruning and Plant Care Many deciduous trees, shrubs, and climbers can be pruned in January while they are dormant. Focus on fruit trees like apples and pears (but not stone fruits, which are best pruned in summer). Remove dead, diseased, or crossing

For the keenest gardeners, January offers a chance to get a head start by sowing seeds indoors. Chillies, aubergines, and sweet peppers can be started now on a warm windowsill or under a heated propagator. Early sowings of broad beans and sweet peas can also be made in pots in a cold frame or unheated greenhouse. If the weather is mild and the soil is workable, you can plant bare-root trees, shrubs, and hedging plants. Soak roots before planting and water in well to give them the best start. 6. Supporting Wildlife Don’t forget the birds and other wildlife during the coldest months. Keep bird feeders topped up with high-energy food and ensure water sources are unfrozen. Pile up logs, leaves, and twigs in a quiet corner to provide shelter for hedgehogs and insects. Conclusion January may not be the most colourful month in the garden, but a little effort now will pay dividends throughout the year. By staying active, planning ahead, and tending to essential tasks, you’ll ensure your garden is shipshape and ready to burst into life at the first signs of spring. So, wrap up warm, grab your tools, and embrace the quiet beauty of the winter garden.

Your Practical Guide To Wellbeing In The New Year As we welcome 2026, many of us set plenty of seasonal veg are both nutritious and resolutions to improve our health comforting choices. and wellbeing. 2. Stay Active - Find What You Enjoy Whether you’re looking to boost your energy, sharpen your mind, or simply feel better day to day, small, consistent changes can make a world of difference. Here are the top tips to help you enjoy a healthier, happier year ahead, all rooted in practical, British-friendly advice. 1. Prioritise a Balanced Diet Eating well doesn’t have to mean fad diets or cutting out all your favourite foods. Focus on balance: aim to eat at least five portions of fruit and vegetables daily, include wholegrains, and opt for lean proteins like fish, chicken, beans, and lentils. Try to limit processed foods, excess sugar, and salt. A hearty homemade vegetable soup or a classic Sunday roast with

Regular movement is key to maintaining a healthy heart, strong bones, and good mental health. You don’t need to become a gym fanatic; brisk walks in the local park, cycling, dancing, or even gardening can all make a difference. Aim for at least 150 minutes of moderate activity each week. If the British weather isn’t cooperating, try online workouts or yoga sessions at home. Remember, the best exercise is the one you’ll stick with! 3. GP or a mental health professional. Practising gratitude, journalling, or simply taking a few minutes each day to breathe deeply can make a real difference to your mood and resilience. 4. Get Enough Quality Sleep Good sleep is the foundation of health. Aim for seven to nine hours per night, and keep a consistent sleep schedule - even at weekends. Create a calming bedtime routine, avoid screens for at least an hour before bed, and make sure your bedroom is cool, dark, and quiet. If you struggle to switch off, try a warm bath, gentle stretches, or a mug of herbal tea such as chamomile before bed. 5. Stay Hydrated It’s easy to overlook, but drinking enough water is crucial for energy, concentration, and digestion. Aim for 6-8 glasses of fluid a day. Water is best, but low-fat milk, sugar-free drinks, and even cups of tea count towards your intake. Limit sugary drinks and alcohol, and carry a reusable bottle to help you remember to drink throughout the day. 6. Keep Connected Social connections are vital for our wellbeing. Make an effort to stay in touch with friends and family, whether it’s a chat over a cuppa, a phone call, or joining a local club or group. Volunteering or getting involved in community activities can also boost your sense of belonging and purpose.

If you’re feeling overwhelmed, don’t hesitate to speak with your GP or a mental health professional.

7. Schedule Regular Health Checks Prevention is better than cure. Make sure you attend regular health screenings, dental checkups, and eye tests. If you’re eligible, book your NHS health check. Don’t ignore niggling symptoms - early intervention can prevent problems down the line. 8. Embrace the Outdoors Spending time in nature can lower stress, boost mood, and even improve physical health. Whether it’s a ramble in the countryside, a stroll along the beach, or simply pottering in the garden, aim to get outside each day. Even in winter, wrap up warm and enjoy the fresh air and natural light. By following these tips - eating well, moving more, prioritising rest, and nurturing your mental and social wellbeing - you can lay the groundwork for a healthier, more fulfilling 2026. Remember, change doesn’t have to happen overnight; small, sustainable steps will see you through the year and beyond. Here’s to your health and happiness in the year ahead! PAGE

THE POWER OF...

www.icenimagazine.co.uk

Issue 153 2026

The Power Of Small Wins How Minor Victories Can Lead to Major Success In our pursuit of success, we often find ourselves chasing grand achievements, setting lofty goals, and striving for dramatic milestones. Yet, research and experience alike suggest that the true engine of progress lies not in the occasional leap, but in the steady accumulation of small wins. These modest triumphs, often overlooked and undervalued, can have a transformative effect on our motivation, wellbeing, and overall performance. In this article, we explore the power of small wins and how embracing them can unlock sustained growth and fulfilment. The Psychology Behind Small Wins The concept of small wins is deeply rooted in psychology. When we achieve something, no

matter how minor, our brains release dopamine, the neurotransmitter associated with pleasure and reward. This chemical boost doesn't just make us feel good - it reinforces the behaviours that led to the win, encouraging us to repeat them. Over time, this positive feedback loop builds momentum, making it easier to tackle larger challenges. The sense of progress, however incremental, is essential in preventing stagnation and discouragement. Building Momentum One Step at a Time Consider the analogy of climbing a mountain. The summit may seem impossibly far, but when we focus on reaching the next ledge or overcoming the next obstacle, the journey becomes manageable. Each small win serves as evidence of our capability, fuelling our confidence and resilience. In the workplace, completing a task ahead of schedule or resolving

a minor issue can provide the motivation needed to address more complex problems. In personal life, sticking to a new habit for a week - whether it’s exercising, reading, or eating healthily - lays the foundation for longer-term change. Small Wins in Practice Harnessing the power of small wins requires a shift in perspective. Rather than waiting for major breakthroughs, it’s important to recognise and celebrate incremental progress. This can be achieved through setting realistic, shortterm goals that are within reach. For example, breaking a large project into smaller tasks and acknowledging each completed step can make the process less daunting. Keeping a journal or checklist can help track these victories and serve as a visual reminder of progress. In team settings, leaders can foster a culture of appreciation for small wins by regularly acknowledging individual and collective achievements. This not only boosts morale but also encourages a growth mindset, where effort and improvement are valued above perfection. Overcoming Challenges Through Small Wins Life is full of setbacks and obstacles, and maintaining motivation in the face of adversity can be challenging. Small wins act as anchors during turbulent times, offering tangible proof that progress is possible. When confronted with failure or disappointment, reflecting on previous small successes can restore confidence and inspire renewed effort. This approach is particularly effective for individuals struggling with low self-esteem or burnout, as it shifts focus from shortcomings to accomplishments. The Ripple Effect of Small Wins The impact of small wins extends beyond immediate gratification. As these victories

Over time, the habit of seeking and celebrating small wins fosters resilience, agility, and adaptability. It transforms the process of growth from an intimidating marathon into a series of manageable sprints. Ultimately, the power of small wins lies in their ability to transform daunting tasks into achievable objectives, build momentum, and inspire continued effort. By embracing and recognising these minor victories, we set ourselves up for sustained success - one step at a time. Conclusion In a culture that often glorifies dramatic achievements, it’s easy to overlook the significance of small wins. Yet, by shifting our focus to the incremental progress we make each day, we unlock a powerful tool for personal and professional growth. The journey to success is seldom a straight line; it is a mosaic of small victories that, when combined, create a masterpiece. So, whether you’re striving for a promotion, learning a new skill, or overcoming a setback, remember to celebrate your small wins - they are the building blocks of greatness. PAGE

How To Stay Productive In Your Business During The Winter Slump Embrace Practical strategies for maintaining 1. Arrangements motivation and efficiency in the colder months. As the days grow shorter and temperatures drop, many business owners and employees experience what’s commonly referred to as the “winter slump”. This seasonal dip in energy and motivation can lead to decreased productivity, missed opportunities, and general malaise around the workplace. Fortunately, there are several effective strategies to help you and your team stay productive during this challenging period. Here are some practical tips tailored for businesses in the UK to help you not only survive, but thrive, throughout winter.

Flexible

Working

Winter weather can bring travel disruptions and make commuting a daunting prospect. Embracing flexible working arrangements, such as remote work or staggered hours, can help employees maintain a healthy worklife balance and reduce stress. Providing the option to work from home, even part-time, can boost morale and ensure that productivity doesn’t grind to a halt due to adverse weather conditions. With advances in technology, collaborating remotely has never been easier, and many businesses have reported increased efficiency as a result.

2. Keep the Workplace Warm and Inviting A cold, gloomy workspace can sap motivation and make tasks feel more laborious. Invest in proper heating and ensure that office spaces are well-lit, ideally with as much natural light as possible. Simple touches such as providing hot drinks, cosy breakout areas, and seasonal decorations can help create a welcoming atmosphere that encourages your team to do their best work. Remember, a comfortable environment can make a world of difference to productivity levels. 3. Set Clear, Achievable Goals During the winter months, it’s easy to lose focus. Combat this by setting clear, achievable goals for both individuals and teams. Break larger projects into smaller milestones, and celebrate progress along the way. This not only keeps everyone motivated, but also provides a sense of accomplishment that can counteract the lethargy often associated with winter. Make use of project management tools to track progress and keep everyone on the same page. 4. Encourage Physical Activity Physical activity is a proven antidote to the winter blues. Encourage staff to take regular breaks, go for short walks, or even participate in group activities such as yoga or fitness classes. Some companies offer gym memberships or organise lunchtime walking groups to help employees stay active. Not only does this improve physical health, but it also boosts mental well-being, leading to sharper focus and increased productivity. 5. Foster Social Connections Winter can be isolating, especially when daylight is scarce and people are less inclined to socialise outside of work. Make a concerted

Issue 153 2026

effort to foster social connections within your team. Organise regular catch-ups, team lunches, or virtual coffee breaks to maintain a sense of camaraderie. Building strong interpersonal relationships can improve collaboration, morale, and overall productivity in the workplace. 6. Prioritise Well-being and Mental Health The winter slump can take a toll on mental health, so it’s crucial to provide support for well-being. Encourage employees to take time off when needed, offer access to counselling or employee assistance programmes, and promote open conversations about mental health. Leaders should set an example by practising self-care and recognising the signs of burnout in others. 7. Review and Adapt Your Business Strategy Finally, the winter slump provides an opportunity to review your business strategy and make necessary adjustments. Analyse performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and consider new initiatives that can reinvigorate your team. Whether it’s launching a winter promotion, investing in staff training, or streamlining processes, taking proactive steps can keep your business moving forward, even in the darkest months. In conclusion, while the winter slump poses real challenges for productivity, it also offers a chance to rethink your approach and introduce positive changes. By focusing on flexibility, comfort, goal-setting, activity, social connection, well-being, and strategic review, you can ensure your business remains resilient and productive throughout the season. Don’t let the cold weather freeze your ambitions - with the right strategies, winter can be a time of growth and renewed motivation. PAGE

Breaking Down Yearly Goals Into Manageable Chunks

A Practical Guide to Achieving Your divide your aspirations into actionable steps, ensuring your goals remain within reach Ambitions Step by Step. throughout the year.

Setting yearly goals is a powerful way to give direction and purpose to your personal or professional life. However, many people find themselves overwhelmed by the enormity of their ambitions and struggle to turn their big-picture objectives into concrete achievements. The key to success lies in breaking these yearly goals into manageable chunks, making progress not only possible but sustainable. In this article, we explore practical strategies to help you

Start with Clarity Before you can break down your yearly goals, you must first define them clearly. Vague goals such as “get fit” or “improve career” lack specificity and are difficult to measure. Instead, set SMART goals - Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Timebound. For example, “run a 10k race in September” or “earn a professional certification by the end of the year” provide clear targets and deadlines.

BREAKING DOWN...

www.icenimagazine.co.uk

Divide Goals by Quarters One effective method for breaking down yearly goals is to split them into quarterly segments. The year consists of four quarters, each spanning three months. By assigning specific milestones or objectives to each quarter, you create a timeline that helps you focus on what needs to be accomplished in the short term while keeping the bigger picture in sight. • Q1 (January - March): Lay the groundwork and begin initial steps towards your goal. • Q2 (April - June): Build momentum by deepening your efforts or tackling new challenges. • Q3 (July - September): Assess your progress, make necessary adjustments, and push towards advanced milestones. • Q4 (October - December): Focus on achieving your final targets and reflecting on your overall progress. Monthly Milestones After establishing quarterly objectives, break them down further into monthly milestones. Monthly planning allows you to focus on immediate tasks without losing sight of your quarterly and annual ambitions. For instance, if your yearly goal is to write a novel, you might set a quarterly goal to complete a first draft and then assign monthly targets such as outlining chapters, writing a set number of pages, or editing sections of your work. Weekly and Daily Tasks To ensure continual progress, translate your monthly milestones into weekly and daily tasks. This approach makes your goals more manageable and less daunting. Create a to-do list at the start of each week, assigning specific

Issue 153 2026

tasks that align with your monthly objectives. Schedule time in your diary for these tasks, treating them as non-negotiable appointments. For example, if your aim is to improve fitness, your weekly plan might include three running sessions, a gym class, and meal preparation. Daily tasks could be as simple as drinking more water or going for a short walk. Monitor Progress and Adjust Regularly reviewing your progress is essential. At the end of each month or quarter, take time to reflect on what you have achieved and identify any obstacles that may have hindered your progress. Ask yourself what worked well, what did not, and what you might do differently in the coming period. Adjust your plan as needed to stay on track, and don’t be afraid to revise your goals if circumstances change. Stay Motivated and Celebrate Success Breaking down your goals into smaller chunks not only makes them more achievable but also provides regular opportunities to celebrate your successes. Recognising milestones, no matter how small, can boost motivation and reinforce positive habits. Consider rewarding yourself when you reach a significant milestone, such as treating yourself to a nice meal or a day out. Conclusion Turning yearly goals into manageable chunks is a practical strategy that transforms daunting ambitions into achievable realities. By using a structured approach - clarifying your goals, dividing them by quarters, setting monthly milestones, and planning weekly and daily tasks - you can maintain focus, motivation, and momentum throughout the year. Remember, progress is made one step at a time. With thoughtful planning and regular review, you’ll be well on your way to accomplishing your yearly goals and setting yourself up for continued success. PAGE
