Our Story

The idea formed on a hot spring day when ICEMULE founder, James Collie was taking a day-long hike with friends in Virginia

Knowing they wouldn’t be able to stop for cold drinks along the banks of James River, and unable to find a good waterproof portable cooler, James created a make-shift cooler out of a day pack and double lined it with plastic trash bags Inside, he filled it with cold drinks and sandwiches

This seemed like a good idea until the trash bags broke and ice water flooded down his back A wet hiker, warm drinks and soggy food started the wheels of innovation turning. Once home, he set out to design the cooler he couldn’t find in stores He has one goal in mind — to create the world’s most portable high-performance cooler.

Several months, dozens of prototypes and many days of field testing later, the world’s first completely waterproof, wearable cooler was born

ICEMULE® has developed the ultimate in clear cooler technology This first of its kind, air-insulated, ultra-portable and reusable cooler was designed for sporting event venues, concert arenas and amphitheaters, and other locations which require clear bags for entry.

Air’s ability to insulate from heat is about 25% as efficient as foam insulation. This means that the CLEAR will keep ice-cooled contents for about 25% as long as its ICEMULE siblings like the Classic or Pro. After extensive testing, we can guarantee that with proper filling and closure, you will get 5–7 hours of ice-cold beverages for all those times when only a clear bag will do.

Opening Order Minimum: $1,000

Product Minimum: 10 units of coolers or drinkware. They must be the same size and style but colors can be assorted

Lead time: Estimated at 4 weeks but varies depending on order details. Rush fees are an option if you have a quick turnaround time. We cannot provide a guarantee until the order details are confirmed with our decoration partner.

Sample: Four pre-production digital proofs are included in the decoration cost. Physical samples are available by request.

Payment: Orders can be prepaid by ACH or credit card. We require 50% payment of the order value at the time of shipment to our decoration partner.

Shipping Information

Shipping is estimated at 10-12% of order value.

All orders will ship Ground or Freight depending on order size. Shipping is provided to one location. Freight orders will be delivered to 1st floor only.

Drop shipping: available at an additional $5.00 per location.

Packaging Details: All coolers will be individually packaged flat in a poly bag.

International orders: incur additional shipping and handling fees. ICEMULE is not responsible for tax and duty.

Cancellation Policy: Any booked order that is canceled prior to customization will be charged a 15% restocking fee.

Orders that have entered production are final and cannot be returned or refunded.

Shipping: Orders will ship in bulk to one location via ground or freight depending on order size. Freight orders will be delivered to the 1st floor only. Drop shipping is available by request.
