Fairness and Belonging — Action Plan

Icebug Group | FY 2025/26 to 2030/31

Icebug was founded on a simple belief: that everyone should be able to move safely outdoors, whatever the conditions. That be lief is not just a product philosophy. It reflects how we think about fairness more broadly that access to movement, to nature, t o opportunity, should not be determined by age, ability, or circumstance.

This plan sets out how we apply that same thinking inside our own company and in the communities we operate in. It is grounde d in data from our annual workforce analysis and informed by the people who work here. We have chosen actions that reflect genuine priorities for Icebug not a compliance checklist. Where we already act, we are documenting it. Where we need to do more, we are committing to it specific ally and honestly.

This plan is reviewed annually, updated when we have new data or have completed actions, and is available to all Icebug worke rs at any time. It is published publicly as part of our commitment to transparency.

Data basis for action selection

Actions in this plan were chosen using the following gender - disaggregated workforce measurements (JEDI1.1), covering FY 2025/26:

# Measurement Finding Implication for actions

1 Pay by gender and job category (lönekartläggning, April 2026) No unjustified gaps identified across 8 job categories Pay equity maintained. Annual review continues.

2 Headcount by gender Female/Male across group. Icebug AB: 26F/21M. Icebug

Gender split reasonably balanced. Board moving to 50/50 from Summer 2026.
