SPEAKER OVERVIEW
PURPOSE
Black Professionals Month convenes subject matter experts, thought leaders and industry leaders to share their expertise, wisdom and guidance that provides benefit to the attendee, exposure and engagement for the speaker and value for the BPM platform.

SESSION DETAILS
All BPM events are virtual and will be held on Zoom and produced by BPM
o All sessions will be presented in the Zoom “Meeting” format with the attendees muted until the Q & A period
o All sessions will be 50 minutes in length
o BPM will provide a Zoom Producer and Host for each session
o Speaker(s) may use PowerPoint presentations, audio files, image files or video to augment their presentations. The display and navigation of any a/v presentation will be handled by the speaker

o It is expected for each speaker to allow for a minimum of ten (10) minutes for Q & A
o All speakers will be provided an official BPM virtual background that is required to use
o All speakers will be provided an official BPM PowerPoint template that is optional to use
o All sessions will be recorded for future playback on the ICABA World Community, and the recording will be provided to the speaker(s) upon request
o Your session will be promoted on blackprofessionalsmonth.com and you will receive a social card to share (see example below)
