William F. Pickard, PhD is Chairman of Global Automotive Alliance (GAA), Co-Managing Partner, MGM Grand Detroit Casino, CEO, Bearwood Management Company and co-owner of five Black community newspapers.

Pickard’s Forty-five-year entrepreneurial career began as a McDonald’s franchisee in Detroit, Michigan. Since its founding in 1989, GAA has generated more than $5 billion dollars in sales with eight plants in the U.S. and Canada.
Dr. Pickard is also creating a new generation of entrepreneurs with his book: Millionaire Moves. Dr. Pickard will share his undeniable principles anyone can use to become a successful entrepreneur.

Dr. Dennis Kimbro is the author of several books, including The Wealth Choice and Think and Grow Rich: A Black Choice, and is a certified Napoleon Hill Science of Success trainer and leadership coach. Kimbro's motivational lectures have influenced the boardrooms of General Motors, Walt Disney, FritoLay, and Wells Fargo.

He has appeared on such shows as the Today show and Larry King Live, and has been featured in Success, The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, and USA Today. Kimbro is listed in Who's Who in Black America and is the former director of the Center of Entrepreneurship at Clark Atlanta University.

Jerome Hutchinson, Jr. is a visionary social impact entrepreneur, community builder and servant leader. Hutchinson is the Founder, and Chief Servant Officer of the ICABA World Network® a global community of accomplished Black professionals and entrepreneurs connecting and collaborating to achieve their career, business and lifestyle aspirations. ICABA serves over 13,000 in its database and has produced over 300 events with over 17,000 attendees since its inception in 2009. On March 6, 1996, Hutchinson made history when he launched WYCS-TV, Kentucky’s first African American owned television station in his hometown of Louisville, Ky. Hutchinson’s business interests have included broadcasting, information technology, retailing, and a marketing agency.
