Brandschutz Entsprechend OIB-Richtlinie 2 sind Trennwände zwischen Wohnungen in REI 60 zu errichten, auch sind brandabschnittsbildende Wände mindestens 15 cm über Dach zu führen, jedoch nur bis zur Dacheindeckung, wenn eine Brandübertragung durch andere Maßnahmen wirksam eingeschränkt wird.

Auf Basis dieser Schallmessung bestand in Folge die Möglichkeit, bei Adaptierung der Bauteilaufbauten auch den niederösterreichischen Bauvorschriften entsprechen zu können.

Ergebnis Die Ergebnisse der geforderten Überprüfung wurden dem Auftraggeber übermittelt und die erforderlichen Adaptierungen in der Planung umgesetzt. Eine finale Entscheidung über die mögliche Projektumsetzung ist aufgrund des bestehenden Wunsches, nicht von der Standardplanung abzugehen, noch ausständig. Generationencampus Korneuburg – Generalplanung Amt der NÖ Landesregierung (seit 2017) Das Landespflegeheim und das Sozialpädagogische ­Betreuungszentrum Korneuburg werden im Rahmen des gemeinsamen Projektes „Generationencampus Korneuburg“ zusammengeführt. Der Neubau beinhaltet vier maßgebliche Funktionsgruppen: Quartiershaus, Pflege & Betreuung, Kinder & Jugend, Lehrausbildung & Arbeitsentwicklung.

Die Wohnbereiche bestehen aus zehn Wohngruppen für 138 pflegebedürftige Personen und sieben Wohngruppen für 72 Kinder und Jugendliche.

Die iC ist gemeinsam mit dem Architekturbüro Lindner mit der Generalplanung beauftragt.

Dependent upon the form of allocation of the construction management costs the provision of such evidence can range between being relatively simple and extremely complex. The essential task is to understand the original estimate of the construction management costs and how the relationship was derived.

Finally it remains to be said that the more concrete the requirements that are laid down by the client and his consultants in the specifications and the related description of the project goal, tasks and boundary conditions, the lower the potential for complicating the allocation of costs through self-selected allocations. Equally important are the corresponding analyses of offers before the award of the contract and the ongoing accompaniment of the project execution from both the technical and the commercial points of view.

Ein zusätzlicher Aspekt, der beim Bauleiter, aber auch bei weiteren Baustellenführungskräften zu beachten ist, ist dass der entstehen­de Bauleitungsaufwand nicht nur zeitabhängig ist, sondern wohl auch vom zu administrierenden produktiven Personaleinsatz bzw. dem davon erbrachten Umsatz abhängt. Eine Verdünnung der Leistungs­ erbringung auf der Baustelle kann so zu einem reduzierten Bauleitungsaufwand führen, der entsprechend den Rahmenbedingungen geltend gemacht werden kann. Je nach Art der Zuordnung der Bauleitungskosten stellt sich eine solche Nachweisführung als relativ einfach bis sehr komplex dar, wobei die wesentlichen Aufgaben in der Nachvollziehung der ursprünglich angesetzten Bauleitungskos­ ten und der Herleitung der Abhängigkeit bestehen.

Abschließend bleibt anzumerken: Je konkreter die Vorgaben im Zuge von Leistungsverzeichnissen und zugehörigen Beschreibun­ gen der Aufgabenstellung durch den AG und seinen Konsulenten ausgearbeitet werden, desto geringer ist die Möglichkeit, Kostenzuordnungen über selbst gewählte Zuteilungen zu verschmieren.

Ebenso wichtig sind entsprechende Analysen der Angebote vor der Auftragserteilung und die herstellungsbegleitende bauwirtschaftliche Betreuung der Projektrealisierung.

Ursprünglich stand dieser Partei der Weg zur Schlichtungsstelle (DAB) ohne Zeitfrist offen. Nun muss diese jedoch a) innerhalb von 28 Tagen und bei sonstigem Verlust der Nachprüfung durch das DAB einen formalen Einspruch (Notice of Dissatis­ faction – NOD) gegen die Entscheidung des Engineers erheben und b) dann auch noch innerhalb von weiteren 28 Tagen das DAB tatsächlich anrufen, weil sonst nämlich auch die Wirksamkeit der NOD verfällt.

Mit der Verkehrsfreigabe der Einhausung Zederhaus am 20. März 2017 erfolgte die Inbetriebnahme der Tunnelröhren selbst, die Fertig­ stellungsarbeiten erfolgen noch bis zum Frühjahr 2018.

freigabe 2012) im Bundesland Salzburg oder die Einhausung Trebesing (Verkehrsfreigabe 2007) in Kärnten. Die Einhausung in Zederhaus stellt gleichzeitig die größte der im Jahr 2004 beschlossenen Umweltentlastungsmaßnahmen im Bundesland Salzburg dar.

Mit dem Bau zur Errichtung der rund 3,3 km langen Umweltentlastungsmaßnahme Zederhaus Ort – inkl. Freilandbereiche – wurde am 23. August 2013 begonnen, wobei zuerst entsprechende Verbreiterungen für künftige Verkehrsführungen errichtet wurden. Bis August 2015 konnten die Rohbauarbeiten an der Tunnelröhre

Darauf folgte die Ausstattung der Betriebs- und Sicherheitsausrüstung (Beleuchtung, Belüftung, Funk, sonstige Verkabelungen etc.) auf den Ausrüstungstand eines modernen Straßentunnels, sodass die erste Röhre in Fahrtrichtung Villach plangemäß am 23. Dezember 2015 für den Verkehr freigegeben wurde.

It is hard to find a place whose landscape is more marked by the traces of the Ice Age than the region around Lake Klopeiner See. This is good news for the tourist industry because the warm bathing lakes are a magnet for holidaymakers. On the other hand, the Ice Age left behind a multi-layered subsoil, giving today’s civil and geotechnical engineers a challenging and technically complex task.

GEOLOGY & GEOTECHNICAL ENGINEERING Zeller Becken Flood Protection Project, Zell am See Provincial Government of Salzburg, Water Department (2016–ongoing) As part of one of the largest flood protection projects in the ­Prov­ince of Salzburg a 3.5 kilometre long expansion of retention areas and the construction of dams and structures should protect around 4,700 residents and 700 buildings against the sorts of floods which only occur once every hundred years. The cost of the project is approximately 22 million euros. iC was commissioned by the client to act as a consultant in the areas of geology and geotechnical engineering as well as a planner during the execution phase.

Renewal of the Driving Station of the Rigips Ropeway, Grundlsee Saint-Gobain Rigips Austria GmbH (2016–ongoing) The Rigips panel factory in Bad Aussee is supplied with raw materials from the Grundlsee/Wienern mountain quarry by an 8.4-kilometre-long transport ropeway.

This means that 22,000 lorry trips – or 200 tonnes of CO2 emissions – can be avoided every year. The driving station which is located at an altitude of around 1,200 m is ­currently being replaced. iC was commissioned with the ground investigation, geotechnical design and site super­ vision of the foundation measures for the new station.

Spannberg II Wind Park WEB Windenergie AG (2014–2016) The Spannberg II Wind Park comprises four VESTAS V112 wind turbines with an output of 3.3 MW each and a hub height of 140 m.
