TO BE CONSIDERED FOR ADMISSION, YOU MUST COMPLETE AND SUBMIT THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS:

 Complete Admissions Application (ibw.edu/enrollnow or www.avedaInstitutesmadison.com/enrollnow) and submit $50 non-refundable application fee ($100 for transfer students).

 Submit official proof of education (high school diploma, high school diploma equivalent, official high school transcript, or transcript showing successful completion of at least a two-year program that is acceptable for full credit toward a bachelor’s degree)

 Provide proof of age with a document such as driver’s license, governmentissued identification, birth registration/certificate, passport, etc.

 Transfer students only: submit a $100 transfer application fee before evaluation of transfer credit hours; and official copy of transcripts from previous school

*If a foreign applicant provides a high school diploma, the Admissions Team requires that the applicant have an outside agency that is qualified to translate documents into English, confirm the academic equivalence to a U.S. high school diploma.
