Friendly Reminders CHECK-IN TIME: 2:00-5:00 PM Fri. & Sat., 10:00-4:00 PM Sun. CHECK-OUT TIME: 10:00 AM RENTAL TAX: The towns of Rehoboth Beach, Henlopen Acres and Dewey Beach charge a 3% rental tax. This is charged in addition to your rent on properties in these three areas only. RESERVATION FEE: A $50.00 reservation fee is charged in addition to the rent on all rental reservations.
BALANCE OF RENT: A check for your final balance is due in our office 30 days prior to checking in.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Your deposit is non-refundable. In case of cancellation, transfer, or change in your reservation, NO REFUND WILL BE MADE unless the unit is re-rented for the cancelled period and the OWNER IS FULLY COMPENSATED. You will be charged a 15% cancellation fee if unit is re-rented. MINI WEEKS: In season if a property is not rented 14 days prior to check-in some owners may rent for less than a full week. RENTAL CAPACITY: Please check the number of people each rental sleeps as indicated in the descriptions. This represents the MAXIMUM number of people (including children) allowed to stay in the property.
PETS: No pets are permitted in our rental units unless designated PET FRIENDLY in the property description. We cannot guarantee that a pet has never been at the property. LINENS: Our rental units DO NOT INCLUDE bed and bath linens. Bed sizes are printed on your lease agreement. (Ask your agent for details)
PARKING: The city of Rehoboth requires the use of parking permits on all city streets except where there are meters. We do have many property owners that make their own permits available for your use with a refundable deposit due at the time of check-in. All of Dewey Beach’s streets require permits that may be purchased at their town hall on Rodney Street. ACCIDENTAL DAMAGE WAIVER: A $50.00 Accidental damage waiver fee is charged on every weekly rental. This covers any “Accidental Damage” reported during your stay up to $500.00
