As the Operations Manager at Offsitek, LLC in Charlotte NC, it is my pleasure to recommend Ibrahim Alkahiabri as an Architectural Technician due to his strong design skills and great attitude.
Ibrahim came to us in July 2021 with a lot of passion for his craft. He displayed himself to be an intelligent and fast learner, a great team player and most importantly, as having a great talent for architecture.
Ibrahim was a strong employee. He arrived on time and stayed late. He was eager to learn and equally eager to help, even in job areas that were not his own. He asked a lot of questions. You could tell that he was absorbing everything around him with enthusiasm.
The only thing Ibrahim asked for was feedback! And when given, he took it very seriously. He listened and applied criticism every step of the way to make his work better. He was “all ears” at all times, never taking it personal and only looking to improve.
I am most proud of Ibrahim for his accomplishment on our Habitat for Humanity, Detroit project. Ibrahim was asked to submit a design for this project to alongside our existing designer. Habitat chose Ibrahim’s design, and we will now be building 20 of these houses in Detroit in the beginning of next year!
In fact, Ibrahim’s designs are so good that we are also going to replace our original designs drawn for a local project in the City of Hickory, NC, with Ibrahim’s work. Ibrahim’s work far exceeds that of the designer we have been working with for two years, despite that designer having much more experience. Ibrahim has a great eye for style that is both relevant and modern.
I am happy to have known and worked with Ibrahim. We were very sad to see him go but wish him the best in his next endeavors. I’m confident that you will not regret adding him to your team.
